Summitshade lifted her ears hearing her kit's voice, "oh yeah, owlkit. How can I forget I adopted a kit.. Its been 4 moons.." she flatten her ears as spoke to herself. She lifted her head back up and followed the scent of her scrawny kit. When she spotted him she nudged him, "owlkit.. What did I tell you about leaving the nursery? You're still too young to leave the den sweetheart! You've could've gotten hurt or worse!" She licked him in his head and picked him up by his scruff guiding him back to camo, ""promise me you won't leave again!"

Envypaw snarled. He hated the snow and how cold it was. He got cold so easily because he was a short haired. He hated leaf-bare because the prey was often scarce and it was cold and he hated the cold, well Envypaw hated everything. "ugh! leaf-bare already?"

He cowered seeing Redfang, he was always so afraid of everyone but his mother "s-sorry momma" he said softly "i-i promise" he added.

Roseflame

Once the leader called she found herself the first one up to the rock, awaiting orders or news. She sat patiently as everyone gathered.

She rolled her eyes hearing the leaders call "really? Already calling us to the rock? Everyone just woke up" she whispered to herself. She saw Quietpaw, she walked past him, brushing her tail under his chin. Turning back to him with a playful smile.

Treepaw heard his leader's call and grimaced. He pulled the rest of his body from the warmer den to the cold outside, walking gingerly to the clearing where many cats were already seated. His paw-pads already felt frozen, and when he sat down he immediately began to lick the snow from them.

Cookie burst out of her housefolk's den, being closely followed by Smokie. The twoleg was finally letting them out! She had a large smile on her face, feeling the new snow crunch under her paws. "Come on!" She said to her brother, jumping onto the relatively short fence with small difficulty before arriving next to the forest. Smokie followed suit, landed next to his sister. "Everything looks so beautiful." He said in awe, watching as a piece of snow fell off from a branch of an oak tree. Cookie laughed in response. "Duh!" She ran over to a mound of soft snow, jumping in one side before appearing on the other. Her fluffy cinnamon-colored fur was dappled with little white flakes. She sneezed, another laugh coming from her throat. "This is absolutely awesome.. I really hope the twoleg doesn't call us in until sundown."

"Uh, okay." Badgerfur saw Froststar leap onto Snow Rock. He went ahead and sat down, his mind filling with thought. Who's going to be the new deputy? Kept on repeating in his head. Badgefur shook the thought put and paid close attention to his leader.

Cloudfeather heard the loud yowl and excitedly padded to the Snow Rock. The she-cat was curious about who the new deputy would be.

Brambleheart stopped grooming himself and looked up. He saw his leader on top of Snow Rock. She's probably going to choose the deputy. He thought to himself. He quickly got up and made his way to the Snow Rock and sat down, wrapping his silky tail neatly around him.

Summitshade looked at redfang and blushed. She hopped redfang didn't think she was a bad mother. She was young and be very taken care of a kit before. She looked down and flatten her ears before thanking him, "ah, thanks redfang.." she spoke gently as they walked into clan. She saw that it was a clan meeting so she quickly say down with owlkit between her legs. She gave owlkit a few licks on the head before giving her attention to their leader.

Envypaw frowned. "what do you want coldpaw." the grumpy Envypaw new flicking his tail wildly. He wasn't much of a friendly Tom but once you get to know him he's a very loving tom! But right now nothing much has changed about him.

Quietpaw heard Froststar's call to gather all the cats under the rock and felt defected as he didn't get to try to hunt. Something caught his eyes, it was Swanpaw walking to him. He couldn't help, but blush. He froze as she walked past him and he couldn't find the words when she came close to him. He was shocked when she burshed her tail under his chin. Quietpaw tried to hide his blushing as she watched her walk away before saying. "Oh. Uhh. H-hi. Swanpaw! I.. I didn't see you there."He said a bit flustered.

Envypaw watches coldpaw as she dipped her head into the snow. He couldn't help but to chuckle. "coldpaw what are you doing? " the black Tom asked standing up and flicking his tail helping her out of the snow, "don't do that your face will freeze!

(maybe Envypaw could be coldpaw's mean older brother???)

Fuzzytail blinked his eyes open, the noise of conversations from outside drifting into the warriors den had awoken him from his slumber. Mousedung, he thought shapely realizing how much he had slept in, the young tom quickly stood up and skidded out into the camp, hoping no cat had missed him.
