Sedgesong yelped a bit at the tiny claws digging into her fur. "Sheeth your claws mighty warrior, have mercy," she wailed dramatically. She pretended to collapse on the ground in pain. She loved the kits and had a soft spot for Berrypaw. Maybe I will be her mentor some day she thought to herself as the small kit batted her tail. She glanced over towards Tornstep, an amused look on her face.

Russetdust watched Deerwind catch the mouse and he couldn't help being impressed. "Nice catch," he said smoothly. He sniffed the air and tilted his ears, he heard a mouse scavenging in the leaves nearby. He flicked his tail to let Deerwind know he found something and he crouched down and inched closer. He pounced and killed the mouse with a swift bite to the neck. He dug a small hole beside Deerwind's and gently deposited the mouse inside.

Cloudcatcher glanced over at the entrance of the camp, noticing two strange cats sitting there. She noticed that Shiverpaw had brought them here, as the tom had been walking away from them. She stood up, padding over to the two loners, trying to force her fur to lie flat. "Hello," she meowed awkwardly to the cats. "I see that Shiverpaw brought you here?" She paused for a moment. "Can I ask why?" She tried to sound as non-hostile as possible.

Larchpaw watched as Sunpaw left, still shaking slightly as the memory of Mallowpaw falling from the tree constantly replaying in his head, without end.

Smallspirit saw a small yellow fish slowly weaving through the water. A slight chill sent up his spine as Smallspirit's mitt broke through the water, as the tom went to catch the fish but he ignored it. The scaled creature flopped on the shore. The small warrior pounced onto it, and swiftly took it's life. He picked up his catch and sat back down next to Stonedust, still shuddering from the cold water that had flattened the fur on his paw.

Concern filled Songlight's voice as she spoke, "Oh no. Sunpaw, fetch another warrior to help us carry Mallowpaw. Larchpaw, when Sunpaw comes back with another cat to help, lead us to him. From there we can carry Mallowpaw back to camp and treat him." She ran the herbs that they would possibly need through her head after she had finished speaking.
