SandWillow took a sigh of relief as NightClaw plugged up the hole. "No more water in the nursery!" SandWillow purred, quickly turning to AshenBriar. "I'll help look if you want." She offered.

"That would be great, thank you," Ashenbriar meowed, looking around. "He should be around somewhere, it's just....with this storm, I want to make sure he is."

Rainfall sat at the edge of the cave watching the rain as it rained down at a picking up pace. (The storm is still going on right?)

Spot

Spot wandered around outside playing in the rain and storm unaware of how bad it really was. He snuck out of camp before the rain came and was now on this way trying to get back to camp but taking breaks to play in the puddles along the way.

She sat in her two leg home watching the rain through her window.

Smokepaw hadn't noticed the other apprentices absence until Cherrypaw said something, and she looked around. "It's ok, Cherrypaw, we'll find him," she meowed, trying to calm Cherrypaw.

Ashenbriar // Tom // Warrior // crush: open // tags: Sandwillow, Spot
"Spot!" Ashenbriar yowled, running around camp, checking all the dens, and still not finding his adopted son. Realizing that he must be out of camp, he felt his heart sink to his stomach. The warrior had just saved Riverwhisper from a mudslide, and he was a grown cat! What would happen to a kit? Trying to catch Spot's scent through the rain, Ashenbriar left camp once again, following a faint trail when he could. "Spot!"

Mallowleap || Female || Tags: Hornetclaw, Quietlaw


Mallowleap didn't stir when she heard pawsteps within the quiet warriors den, and it wasn't until she smelt the scent of herbs did her eyes blink open and she saw herself looking at Quietpaw... Hornetclaw wasn't in sight though and she wondered where the tom had gone. She couldn't help but feel slightly disappointed he hadn't returned with the apprentice, but she didn't voice her thoughts to the medicine cat's apprentice. Instead, she let out a small hiss of pain when Quietpaw began to wipe the wound with the fresh moss, and she nudged the apprentice away from the cut. "It's fine Quietpaw, I swear." She quickly said, trying not to sound weak at all. She quickly got to her paws, sending a rush of blood from her head and briefly making her dizzy. None the less she put weight on her injured shoulder and turned a circle, all the while, backing away from the she cat. "See? Nothing to worry about, just a scratch is all." She said as calmly as she could muster.

Spot flicked his one good ear as he heard his name being called. He headed in that direction while giving faint mews to say her was there.

Hearing the mews, Ashenbriar quickly found the kit. "Spot, why aren't you at camp?" he asked, quickly licking him and looking him over. "Don't you remember the code? You can't leave camp until your an apprentice," Ashenbriar said, trying his best to stay calm. "Sandwillow, I found him!" the warrior called before picking Spot up by the scruff and carrying him back towards the cave.

Nightclaw

Nightclaw let out a sigh as Ashenbriar showed signs that he wanted to search outside. "We aren't permitted to go outsi-" Nightclaw flattened his ears as the warrior sped off yowling the Spot's name. The deputy half-heartedly followed, sending a slightly guilty glance at Heatherstar's den in the passing.

Nightclaw went to the mouth of the cave and spotted Ashenbriar carrying Spot. "Oh good," he meowed. "You found Spot!"

Quietpaw

Quietpaw narrowed her dark eyes. Her acute sense of hearing could easily detect the slight quaver in Mallowleap's voice. "Please sit down," she meowed softly. "The cut could get much worse, and infection would make it much worse." In truth, the marigold wasn't growing back from leaf-bare very well, but she could wait for the slow process.

"And besides," Quietpaw mewed kindly. "'Just a cut' can be very severe."

Halfpaw tilted her head. "Well, at least we don't have to get wet paws," she meowed to Cardinalpaw. "Since we'll be in camp, do you want to do something?"

hornetclaw watched as quietpaw left for the warrior's den, carrying a bunch of herbs in her jaw. he let his gaze wander around the camp once again before making to follow her. where was cedarfang? hornetclaw sighed, his gaze lingering on the mouth of the cave at the rain that seemed like it would never stop. it was so heavy it was like a curtain that hid the outside world, in fact he could only make out the blurry figures of trees behind the rain. if cedarfang wasn't in the cave, then he was probably outside somewhere. hornetclaw tried not to worry about it too much and padded into the warriors' den just in time to hear the exchange of words between quietpaw and mallowleap. "listen to quietpaw," he demanded, sitting down beside the medicine cat apprentice. "in all honesty, that-" he gestured to mallowleap's shoulder with the tip of his tail, "certainly doesn't look like 'just a scratch'. you should get some rest, it's not like anyone can do much with this storm going on." his calm voice masked the worry that he felt about both mallowleap and cedarfang.
