long ago, there were born four clans: the clan of thunder, the clan of shadows, the clan of wind, and
the clan of river. for many moons they fought, struggling to survive within the woodlands and to thrive.
they were driven from their first home back to the land of their origins, and had to once again build
and shape new lives, to adapt to the world around them and to continue to move onward despite heart-
-wrenching tragedy and seemingly insurmountable obstacles. their legacy has left pawprints through
time, and they have continued to live, continued to push against fate and to fight destiny. they have
become the soul of the forest, their hearts burned into the earth and their dreams stretched out in
swaths of stars that mark the night sky. they have fought hard, have battled long, and have continued
to live, to breathe, and to survive.

despite the dark forest's attempts to destroy the clans and the progress they'd made, the four still
stand strong even to this day. many moons of peace have left the cats of the forest thriving, and the
cats of the clans lead better lives now than they ever have. prey is plentiful, and diseases are few.
they have all suffered loss and have all seen sorrow, but they know that they can continue to live on,
to build better futures for themselves and their offspring, and to live happily, no matter how short their
time may be. they are strong, they are proud, and they are fiercely tenacious, clinging on no matter
how difficult things seem.

the stars, however, have begun to shift. a prophecy has been given from their wide and glittering
expanse, an omen filled with both confusion and conflict. the souls of those that lived long before are
now to be reborn, and will live once more among the paws of their descendants. the fate of the forest--
of all the clans and their inhabitants--is unknown. will the souls of villains past become new heroes?
will those who brought the clans glory wreak destruction now? the time has come for those lost and
troubled and plagued by sorrow to redeem themselves.

will something even more wonderful, even more powerful be born into the forest and lead them higher
into the future, or will the clans be doomed to repeat their past?

this is the story of thunderclan's endeavor.

1. all tess's rules apply at all times. if you have not read them recently, please do so, as many new rules are added or changed on a daily basis.
2. no mary sues, gary stues, or perfect characters.
3. characters names must be realistic, and have logical reasoning behind them. i will not accept names like neonsprinkle or ebonymist.
4. characters also must be realistic in appearance. i will not accept neon cats or cats with wings, or even cats with unnatural eye colors unless you have a logically sound explanation.
5. do not use the same prefix as another character. this can get very confusing.
6. no god-modding, power-playing or auto-fighting.
7. you may not injure/kill another character without the express permission of that character's owner.
8. please be realistic about events that occur within the role-play. a single warrior cannot take down a fox (three can hardly do it), not all cats will live into adulthood/find mates, and not all kits will survive to become apprentices.
9. you can be your own crush, but you cannot be your own mate/mentor/apprentice. your characters may also have had kits together or have been mates previously, as long as they are no longer mates within the role-play.
10. i am going to allow homoromatic relationships between cats in this role-play, as it is expressed in the books that some characters (such as tallstar and jake) considered each other mates despite being the same gender. these relationships, however, must be purely made from love, with no 'mating' involved.
11. you can make your own form, and it can be as simple or as complex as you like.
12. you may only have one high rank [deputy, leader, etc] and one prophecy cat at one time.

conceived in the light yet birthed into dark,
the souls of nine cats will be born once again into
our forest. the woodlands will shake, the sun shall
tremble, and the rivers wait in anticipation--for
these paws will be either the saviors of our kind,
or mean the end of the clans once and for all.
pray that old souls learn from past mistakes.

souls of cats who have died are being reincarn-
-ated and born into the current generation. these
cats are being given a new lease on life--either a
chance to make amends for sins of the past and earn
their forgiveness, or to be able to live long lives that
were deprived from them. they will either be the
clan's saviors, or destroy it once and for all.

overall her general character concept is:
naturally wise, usually relaxed, but dang
she'll throw all reason out the window if
she's mad. while she generally will think
things through with great patience, all
of the dark forest will break loose if she
gets emotionally invested.

roachstorm is quite humorous but in a
dry, sarcastic way. she can be perceived
as rude and unsympathetic, but that's
quite the opposite, she has a great soft-
spot for younger clanmates, and can be
a grand mentor, if they can take a few
lighthearted insults. as for those her age
and older, she shows little respect and
they all get the same treatment regard-
less of rank. however, she does admire
those above her, she just isn't one for
special treatment.

as a warrior, she is highly skilled in com-
bat. I considered giving her the suffix
-claw, but I felt her personality stood out
more. however, she falls a little flat in
loyalty. she's had no reason to break code
so far, but can easily be tempted to. she
disagrees with the leader's word being
absolute law, there's plenty room for
corruption. and killing enemies should be
necessary, and not dishonorable. if they
are a threat, then it's best they dont have
a chance to strike again. there's so many
rules about keeping peace with other
clans, they might as well all be one large
clan. but she entirely agrees with protec-
ting all kits, regardless of origin.

this is all I got planned for her character
so far. pm me if you think any of it should
change to resemble yellowfang better
