''late at night?'' keeta stared at tama, her eyes shimmering. ''alright! i wanna pull an all-nighter!'' with that, she sped off, opening the doors to the hotel, greeted a worker, and ran up the stairs. she was never fond of elevators, although a handful of the guests used them. keeta found them to be quite terrifying, but that might have been just her. she zipped through a floor like a rocket and burst through the door to her personal room. she quickly set up the television that her old trainer had taught her how to use, and everything else she thought that they'd use. keeta jumped on the bed and quietly stared at the door, remembering she had left tama in the dust. he could probably find his way to the room after thirty minutes of walking, or rolling.

''you should try it. it's pretty fun.'' tama spun on his tail. ''y' basically get a board thingy, get out on the water, and fall off it constantly. i see a lot of locals do it everyday. it's amusing t' watch.''

Tama rolled towards the door, almost reaching it before it smacked close. In his roly-poly like position, the door, naturally, flung him away, into the sand of the nearby beach. He rubbed his face, and a tear that had leaked from his eye from the slight pain. He got up, dashing as fast as he could towards the door, ramming it open with his body. He watched as Keeta just got up the stairs, hopping up each one-slowly. Once he got up, he spotted the Vulpix, opening up a door. He rolled slowly, feeling exhausted, before choosing to take a break for a couple seconds. Once more, he rolled as fast as he could to the door, hopping up to pull the knob. It was unlocked. He spotted the Alolan Vulpix, sitting on the bed. He walked towards them. "Hey sweetpea, how's it rollin for ya?" He stared, as the Alolan Vulpix shrieked. "HUH? WHADDYA DOIN HERE? GET OUT OF MY ROOM!" Tama backed up, realizing he was in the wrong room. What a coincidence. He rolled out. "um, sorry ma'am." He dabbed to the next door, opening it, to see another Alolan Vulpix. "Heya! Is s'at you, Keet?"

Chiru stared at Sparky for a second. "Mmm? Well, mkay." They searched the area quickly. "Mmm? Where's thems board-thingys yer speakin' of?"

Moon paused for a second, cocking her head. "Friends?" Within moments, she became bouncy and energetic again. "Wowie! A friend!" She looked around. "What are some friend-things you like to do?"

''yeah. did you walk into the wrong room?'' she grinned at the thought. ''you really are something.'' she jumped off the bed and cracked open the door to the balcony. ''do whatever you want, tam. i'll be out here, i guess.''
she jumped up on the railing and stared at the moon, which was fully out now. keeta softly sang to herself, hoping that tama wouldn't burst through the cracked door and make her fall off the railing again.

sparky sped off, returning a few minutes later with a huge, blue board. ''it's right here.'' he turned his attention to the ocean and watched it. he wondered if it was okay to be surfing right now, because hey, maybe the current was high.

Tama dashed around, soon hopping onto the bed, shoving his face into a pillow. He glanced away as he watched Keeta approaching the balcony. He thought for a couple seconds, soon rolling to Keeta. "Heya! Where did 'ya learn to sing like that?"

Chiru stared at the board. "Mm? Mkay." She snatched up the board, soon hopping down towards the beach. She glanced at Sparky, setting the board in the water, slowly putting one foot on it, then another. She glanced around, using her paws to scoot the board deeper into the water.

keeta spun around, shaking nervously. ''me? uh, i don't sing, alright? who told you that?'' she tried to deny it.
for a couple of minutes, she stayed silent after that. then, suddenly, she jumped off the railing, and zipped under the bed.
nope, nah, nuh-uh. she wouldn't talk about this for a million years. keeta glanced at the cracked door and scooted over a bit.
it was a bit uncomfortable, but if she didn't have to put up with tama, she'd stay here.

sparky watched chiru for a bit before hopping on his tail and zooming out into the ocean, going farther than anyone. he would flip, do cartwheels on the water, and anything that would draw attention to him.
