Brooklyn almost thought about leaving, but that would be plain rude. He seems upset about something and muttered something she couldn't get. "Oh no problem," she said with a smile "Now for the questions you asked earlier. Nope, I am just a worker. I can open it back up if you want to look around," she said putting the keys back in the lock. She could always get something to eat later at her actual break time. She wouldn't want a customer going away over some a simple as her hunger.

The little bat shook his head.
''Oh, don't worry! there's no need! I bet you have sonething to do. Sorry for taking your time!"
He said, scratching the back of his neck.

He then remembered. He forgot to say his name!
''Well, i guess i'll se ya around! The names Jack!''
He said loudly.

"Oh okay, but it's really no problem at all ," Brooklyn said ready to turn the key if the bat changed his mind. "Nice to meet you, Jack. I'm Brooklyn," she said kind of hoping he actually not go and check out the shop. If she chased a customer away the owner will kill her.

Jack smiled and put one hand in his hip.
''Well, if its not a problem. It wouldn't hurt to check it out!''
He said happily.

He thought about the name. Brooklyn, t'ats a nice name!
''Brooklyn, huh? Nice name!''

Brooklyn quickly turned the key the held the door for Jack. "Here you go if have any questions don't be afraid to ask," she said in an abnormally cheerful voice that sounded staged. It was drill into her head by the owner and she honest thought it scared customers off. A rule is a rule so she followed it for now. "Thanks ," she commented about the name in her normal voice.

Jack noticed the fake cheerfull tone on her voice.
''Ye don't need to make t'at voice.''
He chuckled as he entered the shop.

He looked around. He likes reading. Lots of books everywhere.
''You're welcome!''
He said.

Brooklyn flipped the open sign then went to the cashier desk. She threw the keys on the desk and slipped off her shoes. She wanted to comment she get fired if she didn't, but decided against the subject. "Oh if you want there a loft up there a few trial books up there if you want to try some out. Just make sure to lock the ladder so it doesn't move on you," she said knowing that from experience. She was stuck up there for a good few hours till someone came in the shop.

Jack nodded and went over to one of the bookshelves.
Running his paw on some of the books.
What if they had Youtuber books? Or Marks Comics?
He laughed at the thought. Of course they wouldn't have that! Right...?

''YEAH, DON'T WORRY! I WILL!''
He said, a little louder than normal.

While looking at the books. He found one about space.
In the moment. He could only think about Mark's remix. ''Space is cool''.
He started humming it. While opening the book and started reading.
''That is so-o Cooooool. So coooool.
My computer can't handle the rendering.
That is soo coooool. So cooool.
Oh its so pretty.
So.. Pretty..''
He sang. Getting a bit more silent in the end. Remembering he wasn't alone.
He blushed.
'Gah! Idiot! You don't sing in a store! What. Is. Wrong. With you Seaaaan?!'
He thought as he slowly melted thanks to embarrassment.
His face just getting warmer.

Brooklyn picked up the book she had been reading ti earlier as Jack walked around the store. Like normally she got so into the book she hadn't really heard what jack said still the end part. "Umm did you say something?" she asked looking up at her book. She knew she probably shouldn't read while a customer was in the store she got way into it and most the time missed something.She was a bit confused why his face was read, but just shrugged it off knowing books make people react in different ways

Jack sighed in releif knowing that Brooklyn didn't hear him.
'Thank god! See? It wasn't so bad!'
He thought.
''Oh! Erm, Don't worry about it! I-I didn't say anything.''
He said, trying to brush it off.

He continued to flip trough the pages of the book.
