camp oceanclan's camp is located on top of a cliff overlooking the sea where a rich
forest is set. it's a large clearing has a cat-woven barrier of thorns and brambles, a
nd inside is padded with soft sand and patches of grass. the dens consist of abando
ned badger burrows and are littered with moss, leaves, and feathers for the cats' c
omfort. the warrior's den is closest the camp's entrance, the apprentice's a mouse-
lengths behind, the nursery is opposite of the warriors', the elder's den is beside it,
and the medicine cats' and leader's den are found in the back. these, however, are
different. both are large creases in the same gather of boulders, and the leader m
akes announcements at the very peak. & finally, the fresh kill pile is in the middle.

the cove going down the ramp on the side of the eastern cliff takes cats toward the
shore. leaping on top of a cluster of rocks at the end of the water is a natural mad
e pool where cats are known to go to catch fish when the tides of the water is low.

the training grounds the training grounds is a clearing of long, soft grass near the
shore where cats take appren to practice battle tactics both in and out of the water

the star cave is located a few miles from camp, therefore, making it quite a journey
y for the medicine cats and leaders to make. it is a large cave eroded into a cliff by
the coast. there are pools of water which are illuminated by the moon's rays that se
ep in through a hole. cats lay beside it & dip their noses to dream & talk to starclan

predators: sea snakes, urchins, foxes, large birds, dogs, twolegs

prey: mice, rabbits, voles, squirrels, small birds, mackerels, cobia

Raventail hadn't been awake for long.

The sun had just risen from the horizon when she had woken from her slumber. Grey rays of dawn had dappled the floor from outside the warrior's den, reflecting from the sand just enough to have her eyes blink open. She had sneaked her way out and settled beneath a beech tree, stretching under the shade.

The deputy was just finishing a quick groom, flattening her black fur in a presentable shine. She paused once satisfied, scanning camp with bright copper eyes. Cats were just starting to rise. Raventail couldn't help but to let out a small sigh, not of annoyance, but as one to prepare her for the day. After all, it was her job to send out patrols this morning. She only wished they'd hurried to start their daily routine. With a flick of an ear, the ebony molly wrapped her tail elegantly over her paws, a cool salty breeze tugging her fur as she waited.

Hornetfang laid curled in a peaceful sleep upon his warm nest. The vivid tabby patterns along his flank rose and fell in a smooth rhythm. He dreamt through the night, undisturbed and lost in the welcoming abyss of tranquil walks through the lush forest. But the longer he dozed, the more his pelt twitched in awareness of the gentle buzz of reality, breaking the current with static hums of cats awakening in camp. He woke with a start, then, his bright green eyes blinking open. The ginger tabby tom heaved himself up, scanning the den with a tired gaze. Cats were still soundly asleep, but seeing the way many stirred, they wouldn't be for long. He let out a light sigh, before checking over his pelt for burrs and pieces of moss that decided to so stubbornly cling onto his pelt. Once he was finished, the tabby warrior got onto his paws and carefully made his way around the sleeping bodies to exit the den.

It was such a lovely dream.

The sun was shining brightly against the sky, illuminating a vast moor were plenty of rabbits roamed. Crane was pressed close against the soft grasses in a hunters crouch as she caught sight of her target a few tail-lengths away: a hare grazing without knowledge of her presence. She quietly crept closer, feeling the excitement thrilling through her. The dilute tortie could already fell the limp body in between her teeth, and the satisfaction she would bring to her rumbling belly. And just as she shook her rear in preparation for a lethal pounce, a sharp wind sliced at her pelt, making her awake in a shivering jolt.

The skinny molly let out a groan, blinking open her yellow eyes. A few sunrises ago, she had made a makeshift den beneath the gnarled roots of an oak, but it was no match for the merciless coastal breeze. Her stomach growled demandingly, an uncomfortable pit already forming in her core. Crane sighed, muttering to herself as she sat up, ruffling the leafs she used to nest on. The loner didn't bother to groom her pelt, giving it a quick shake, as hunting was a rather large priority now. She had only ate a mouse the day before, and it was barely a mouthful. The light colored cat slipped out of her den and began to pad toward a lush forest on a cliff where she new plenty of prey scrawled around.
