one of the toms, flightfoot; a decent warrior who was respected by his clanmates; suddenly went mad and attacked his clan, killing 18 cats, and leaving the rest wounded.
he was killed before he did more damage.

his mate, mallowtail, went berserk, and eventually went missing.

moons afterwards, the clan is still trying to figure out what made flightfoot into a rabid killer.
