Sootpaws eyes gleamed. "Ok!" He raced to the last nest. Carefully pulling the moss off and rolling it into a ball.

(okay thanks! I don't care who talks to Bearpaw I'm just going to have her do something dangerous as usual.)

Bearpaw stared at the snake. Everything inside her told her to run. Well almost everything. Something else was telling her how cool it would be to bring a dead snake back to camp. The snake was a fox length away hissing angrily coiled tightly into a ball and ready to strike. Every time Bearpaw darted to the side it followed her occasionally lashing out. It had missed her everytime but once she had bopped it on top of the head and now it was doing that a bit less. She didn't really know if it was poisonous or not. She hadn't paid close attention when she had been warned about snakes. She didn't expect to meet up with one. Then she got an idea. She picked up a long branch and dragged it over. Then throw it at the snake. He had to leave his tight coil to get away and when he did Bearpaw pounced. She grabbed it's body and clamped down right after feeling a sharp bite on her back leg. The snake died when she snapped his spinal cord. She quickly looked at her back leg. It had been bitten and it stung like heck. She gave it a few licks. Well she wasn't dying so must not be poisonous right? She picked up the snake in her jaws and proudly started dragging it back towards camp.

Willowtail was guarding the camp when the scent of snake hit her nose, panicking, she charged out of camp and looked around. Snakes have never been this far, why would they now? Her pelt fluffed up in fear she darted back into camp. "Snake!" She yowled. "Swiftcloud!" She yowled to the deputy. CloudStar had left camp a few minutes ago and set Willowtail on gaurd.





CloudStar quietly stalked a mouse, its warm scent making her mouth water. She left on the tree trunk Andy sprung off, landing on the back of the mouse theta tried to escape. He's purred and scraped dirt over it

My attention was drawn when I heard Willowtail yowl my name. I ran over to her. "What is it?! What's wrong!?" I asked her.

"I don't know if it's anything Tom worry about, but I smelt snake by the barrier! I went to check it out and didn't see anything, they are always by te sandy clearing away from camp!" She panicked

"Calm down Willowtail, there's no need to panic. I'll go find Cloudstar and see what she wants done with it, alright?" I told the molly, hopefully calming her down, at least a bit.
