(( I mean, well they're not technically a 'side' yet. But I mean which side they would be on. Like it's a sort of messed up band of Pokémon until the Leaders and Deputies and such come along. So your character, Hugo, let's say he is more nice and wants to help others and have peace. He'll probably be on the Band side "aka Pokémon who escaped the lab" and Cladis might be on the Rouge side because he seems big, bad, and scary. These are just examples of course. ))
