- Gazing around Winterwind suddenly noticed his apprentice.
"I had better start my apprentice with his training." Winterwind nodded politely to Cinderfeather and dismissed himself.
Padding over near were Quicktail and Dustpaw were talking Winterwind sat just behind Dustpaw and waited for Quicktail to notice him.

- Staring blankly at Whitenose with hate rising to his pelt Batfangs eyes wandered towards the cats gathering around him. Then speaking roughly he took the lead of the patrol,
"Lets got a move on then." He headed in the opposite direction as Whitenoses patrol. Never looking back to see who was following Batfang weaved in and out of the undergrowth heading near the center of the forest.
Once he got to were he wanted Batfang waited in a small clearing for the others.
"Fan out, meet back here with all your prey." The directions were clear and with that Batfang slipped out of the clearing to hunt.
