Robinpaw raised her muzzle at the sound and buzz of clan life. A few apprentices still slept around her. She shakily stood to her full height of only eleven inches - a height that would only shrink as she came upon her elder days. As weak sunlight filtered through the splits in the wood, Robinpaw finally decided that it would be best if she arose now for the day, certain that the senior warriors would be on her tail for sleeping in on the dreary day. The molly let her paws drag across the sandy ground as she padded out of the apprentice den. She leaped onto the roof of the den, allowing her a better view of the clan that continued small talk with each other. She sat and waited, though impatiently, for the fresh-kill pile crowd to clear before snagging a mediocre-sized mouse. She bounded back to where she sat only moments before, seizing her position again as she tore into her morning meal.

warrior - tom - thirty moons - location;; forest - mood;; irritable - tags ;; x [bear is OPEN for interactions!]
Bearmask stalked the bushy tail of a squirrel, his haunches low to the ground as he approached with mute steps, careful not to scare the prey away. One awkward step and he would lose his breakfast - for himself and his clan. A rumble could be heard as hunger clawed at his stomach. The sound alerted the squirrel, who scurried off under a nearby bush for immediate shelter. Finally breaking, Bearmask let a growl of irritability escape from his lips. Disappointed with his daily hunt, he swung his body towards camp and stomped back, his tail lashing. He bit into the scruff of a dead rabbit as he approached the fresh kill pile. His amber gaze was narrowed, easily clouded with anger as he sat, leaning against the warrior den. He clawed into his meal ravenously, angry that an apprentice probably caught his meal instead of himself. Bearmask was fully aware that he should be grateful that these cats decided to feed their clan before themselves, but he continued to blanket himself in anger at the fact that he hadn't been able to catch his own prey for the past moon or so.
