||it's fine :p I don't know who mentors who yet|| "Alright!" He replied, feeling the last of the nervousness leaving him. Tasting the air, he soon scented a squirrel nearby. He cautiously approached the prey and found it hiding behind some bushes. His excitement getting the better of him, Jaggedpaw, completely forgot his hunting stance and lunged forward. The squirrel reacted, and quickly climbed a tree. Jaggedpaw followed, tumbled forward and knocked headfirst into the trunk.

She couldn't help it. She laughed so hard, then felt bad. "Jaggedpaw. That isn't the way to catch squirrels. You had better go see the med cat."

Jaggedpaw scrambled to his feet, feeling dizzy from the impact. "I'm fine" he said with a laugh, all while falling over again. Sighing, he stood up, his face warm from the heat of embarrassment."I think I can last till the end of this hunt" he grumbled, looking towards Salmonpaw. Hope he didn't see!

The warrior snorted covering her face with her paws. She looked at Salonpaw who was sighing, turning back to the tabby apprentice she flicked her tail towards the clan camp agreeing with Stormleaf's suggestion, before burying her mouse underground.

Realizing that he had no real say in the matter he headed back towards camp. It was just one mistake; there are plenty of other things i'm good at! Jaggedpaw thought to himself. At camp, he sulked towards the medicine cat's den. "Could I get some help here?" He mewed, trying to keep his tone from sounding too harsh. |Do we have a medcat ;w;|?

After being checked for other injuries, Jaggedpaw left the medicine cat den. He padded back to the Apprentice's den for a quick nap, hoping to sneak a bit of sleep before being assigned his duties.
