Jerome lounges by his fountain, swinging his paw in the cool water. He yawns and rests his head on the concrete. There was nothing to do, and it sucked. "This sucks..." he mumbles.

Max: Hmph. *walks over to garbage can, sees a rat behind* Gotcha.

Jerome heard a low grunting noise. With a loud snarl he leaped up quickly.

Zeke sniffed the air as he lifted his leg up to pee on a bush

Jerome saw it as nothing and sighed. Had anyone come to join? Had anyone come to challenge him? He knew he would win for his quick actions and bear trap-like jaws, but it would still be interesting to watch the dog grovell and die.

[Yoshison]

Max: *hears something* Yoshi... I hear another dog...
Yoshi: I didn't hear anything. Now be quiet and eat yer rat.
Max: No, I'm serious... We have to check it out!
