Moonflight could smell the sea water. She was here! She landed on the nearest island. Moonflight reached into her bag on pulled out the scroll on plants. Finally she found the picture of the spiked seed pod like in her vision. "dragonflame cactus" She read the section on the plant. "Is a type of cactus. Explodes when come in contact with fire. Skywings use it as a bomb." Her eyes widened. That was it! That was the bomb the dragon was holding. She paused. Seawings can't breathe fire. "Somebody else is the assassin!" She shouted out loud. Oops, She thought, the seawings must've heard me!. Moonflight looked around for a moment. If skywings use the seed pods as bombs... the assassin must be a skywing!, she thought, yes it makes perfect sense!. Moon rolled the scroll up, placed it in her bag, got up , and jumped into the sky. Now that i know what the weapon is, She thought, Now I'm gonna find the seawing who made it!

Dreamweaver went to find passion. "where do i sleep?" she asked "and where is my classroom?"

nobility !!

the nightwing had stuck to the background during the group sorting, bright red eyes narrowed slightly as he studied each of his own group. so.. he'd be with a sandwing, rainwing, two nightwings, a skywing, and a hybrid. nobility lifted his chin, absently shifting his right talons, which held the flexible metal glove. wouldn't this be fun. immediately after passion was done announcing the groups, nobility grabbed a few empty scrolls from a rack behind the librarian's desk and went off towards the sleeping cave he had been assigned to. once he reached it, the nightwing slipped silently onto his hammock bed, lifting a large leather satchel from the ground beside it and dropping it in front of his talons. he opened it, rummaging through the contents; some capped inkwells in black and royal blue, a few pieces of charcoal, some jars of paint and paintbrushes, a few scrolls necessary for studying. stupid of me not to bring blank scrolls. bringing out the royal blue inkwell, nobility uncapped it and dipped a talon in, hovering it above the paper. the nightwing closed his eyes, letting himself spiral down into the different paths, images unfolding in his mind's eye. at least he had the skyfire to prevent overly curious mind readers - but it blocked his own power, unfortunately.

Ghost looked around at the gathered dragons. Am I the only one in this dang school that has nothing to hide? I mean, seriously? He scowled when he noticed everyone holding bits of skyfire. The albino nightwing flared out his wings, circling and allowing the air to brush past them. It gave him a feeling of freedom.

Cascade nervously slunk into his cave, Cave 2. He slipped into the water, allowing himself to sink to the bottom and amused himself by saying different things in aquatic to himself.

Verglas clasped his talons together. Two skywing students! He grinned. And a ton of others who may be equally as good fliers, he reminded himself.

"You're not the only one. I don't have skyfire either." she said quietly, " But I know how to protect my thoughts."
