"No, I haven't seen her lately. I've been meaning to though," Flamekit said. Was Barkpaw okay? Safe? Warm? Full? His worries nagged at him. He hoped nothing bad had happened to her.

Lightheart rolled his eyes as he trotted up to intersect her path. "Wrong way." He said once he got in front of the she-cat. He used his tail to gesture the other way, which would take her further away from the camp instead of closer.

"You should. If you still want to be her friend." Rosepaw meowed before starting to groom her kits. It gave her something to do instead of just staring at random cats, as she usually did.

She ran quickly in the tight direction and as soon as she was out of his sight, she broke down crying. I can't do anything right, she thought. Maybe I should have let them rip me to pieces.

Satisfied that he had done good by his clan, Lightheart returned to Mottlefur with a small smile on his face. "Thanks for coming by to help." He meowed in much more pleasant and friendly sounding voice than the one he had used with Poppy. He seemed to be genuinely happy that she had stopped on by.

Spark paused abruptly from playing and stared in horror at the cat coming towards them. With a hiss, he jolted behind Dove, shaking while peeking at the strange cat. Raven got up and hissed, her fur standing on end while slowly walking behind her mother. Dove simply flicked her ear and spoke to Silentcloud. "Hello." She meowed. "My name is Dove, and these are my kits, Spark and Raven. My mate and their father has died 3 moons ago. I cannot continue to raise them myself. Now, I wish to join your Clan." She turned around licked her kits for a second before returning back to the Clan cat, her eyes going from calm to desperate. "Please. I need help." She mewed. Her kits stared at him, their eyes huge.

''Okay, but I think I'll take some of the prey I catch to the clan. I'll give most of it to you, though.'' Sparrowstrike said. ''Do you wanna split up?''

"Sure." Cloverpaw purred.

Wisteria eventually stood up, moving slowly and without saying anything. Sitting here doing nothing wasn't going to get her anywhere, even though it was all she wanted to do right now. Would the clan be suspicious of her return? They might have thought that she had left again and was trying to return from being a loner as she had before. If that was the case then she couldn't be seen just laying around like that. She might need to prove herself and appearing lazy wasn't going to help that. She had no idea what to do now though.
