Adder, feeling tired after the fight, pads towards a nearby tree and leaps up, hauling herself up onto a branch. She lays down, her head resting on her paws, her tail hanging off the branch. She closes her eyes and falls asleep, still keeping alert for any approaching clan cats.

The large Tom left camp to do some solo hunting. Normally he'd bring Cinnamonpaw with him to help his small son get a bit of practice in but he'd declined, wanting to wait to see if his mentor would take him to do some warrior training. He scented the air as he traveled, smelling mice and thrush but underneath it, he smelled a cat and froze. Rouge... He thought before looking around the area, hiding in a nearby bush, though the Rouge had probably seen, heard, or smelled him by now.

Sunstorm nodded,sighing slightly at the somewhat careless way he talked, it was normal but it still wasn't welcome after such a thing but she wasn't going to say anything, she shook her head and irritation laced her words, "She shouldn't have had it at all, what was Silentstep thinking? He didn't even know until it was too late, what kind of medicine cat isn't on top of the clan like that?"
