Specklepaw was a little shocked when he bopped her but it didn't really offend her or bother her. He amused her some more and actually made her laugh. "I guess you just have to prove it then." The speckled cat said with a hint of a challenge in her voice. Training wasn't bad but she didn't find it exactly fun but she focused so much so she could at least be a respectable cat instead of just another cat that was just there.

Specklepaw raised to her paws and nodded her head. "Okay, then let's go!" The apprentice said and looked towards the exit/entrance of the camp. Time to see if his words were true or if he was just boring like the rest of them. Not that Willowpelt was boring at all but it could be more fun at times. The she-cat glanced over at Splotchfur for a few moments before picking up her paws and walking over to the entrance, her tail flicked slightly as she did so.

Specklepaw looked over at him for a heartbeat before looking ahead. "Usually the mentor would decide so I guess whatever hits your fancy. It doesn't help that I don't have a clue what to say anyways so it's completely up to you." The she-cat said and fell back to kind of be by his side but also farther back where she was following him now. If it was going to be fun, it didn't matter what she chose either way and if he paid attention he knew what she wasn't so good at. Considering she made a slight comment about it not long ago.

"Alright." he replied with a shrug. Briarpaw wasn't typically one to worry about dangerous situations, anyways. Another monster zoomed by, and Briarpaw scrunched up his nose at the putrid smell that followed it. "What ARE those?" he asked, turning to his mentor.

Mossclaw flicked his tail as his apprentice didn't seem to think much of his ominous words. But when another monster zoomed by he could tell it at least caught the apprentices' attention. "Those," He meowed standing up straighter and trying to sound mentorly, "are monsters. They'll kill you as soon as look at you. Twolegs ride around in their belly." He shook his head. He had never understood why they did that. "But they must be pretty dumb. They never leave the thunderpath."
