Mosskit dropped the rat tail and sat down, scuffling her paws through the dirt. Being bored stinks. She thought, shaking her pelt out. She paced around, thinking of what to do.

Cloudgaze purred her thanks and started eating the mouse. "It feels weird." She murmured softly as she ate, "I'm used to having a nest full of little ones crowding me. At least I have Mosskit to look after now though." It wasn't quite the same since the she-kit wasn't supposed to be hers. At least she wouldn't have an empty nest quite yet though.
