The black male rolled his eyes as he glanced at her. Giving a low growl, he could not help but smirk as the rabbit disappeared. Leaping into the mist, he jumped back out a moment later, holding the now dead rabbit.

She smiled slightly as she looked at the other she cat. Then returned her attention to the male. She felt a purr bubbling up into her throat as the male mentioned her two young girls. Not answering her Leafpelt disappeared into the a cluster of shrubs as she stalked a mouse. She didn't think Skydream believed her about the cat always huffing, but she did. Atleast while Leafpelt talked to her she did. Stopping she gets ready to jump on the mouse as it nibbles at some seeds.

featherwish smiled and nodded at the other she cat before turning her head as the entrance to camp rustled. she relaxed as it was just pinestar and creamflower leaving camp. the clan seemed pretty relaxed today. apart from beetlepaw and tigerpaw who were having an argument. typical beetlepaw. even as a kit the young tom had been grouchy, and featherwish didn't know why. maybe it was just his personality. she was glad she didn't share a den with him, but soon she would have to. how old was he now? ten moons? something like that.

"challenge accepted, tigersnail!" he hissed, neck fur beginning to bristle. "i'll catch so much prey you'll drown in it!" he growled through gritted teeth before turning to lilyfrost. "let's go so i can beat tigersnail and get it over with."

dovewhisper woke up quite early for the usual time she got up. she moved in her nest, trying her hardest not to bump her kit-full belly. she started grooming the scraps of debris from her white fur, opposite eyes blinking as sunlight shone into the nursery. the queen stood up and left the den, lying down outside to sun herself as pinestar came across to speak with creamflower, her denmate. she closed her eyes and let the sun warm her fur.

the starry tom padded through the prey rich territory, mice squeaking in his ears. he reached the area of the forest where you could see the clan clearly, and looked down at the pool in the ground as it shimmered to show him a clear image of the clan. he smiled when he saw how healthy they all were. he was glad they were thriving just as well without him.

Whitestar's ears rung, a blaring sound that covered up all other sounds. She staggered to her paws and tried to clear her head as she spotted movement across the clearing. She limped closer toward the movement. As her hearing began to return, she suddenly wished it didn't. She could hear the terrified screams and cries of cats. Dead bodies littered the area and she nearly burst into tears. The huge gash on her left leg and her side burned like insanity but she pushed forward, desperate to find the cause. Then she woke to find herself curled in her own nest, awake from the nightmare. It seemed more like a sign than a nightmare. Perhaps some of the other leaders have had the same dream, she thought. She padded from her nest and saw Robinstar nearby. "Hello, Robinstar. Sleep well?" She questioned.
