Starclaw wondered where Smudgepelt was and looked around. Her kits still lay at her stomach, whimpering and mewing as they still could not see. She hoped Smudgepelt was okay, because he hadn't seen the kits at all yet.

Smudgepelt padded into the nursery along with Thistlestar~ they had a chat about parenthood. Smudgepelt parted from the leader who, as Smudgepelt padded to Starclaw, started licking his kits vigorously. "Starclaw," he purred, approaching his mate.

Birchleaf purred as the kits continued to eat she smiled at Thistlestar,"What should their names be?" She asked purring in delight.

Pinekit heard talking and mewed loudly. 'A tom.. And mom??' She wondered creeping in the direction of her mother.

Starclaw felt a sudden rush of anger wave over her. "Where have you been? I haven't seen you for weeks!" She hissed, not disturbing the kits.

Aloekit let out a high pitched squeak as she got licked. What is this?! Why is it touching me?! She let out another squeak, trying to get up and run away.

Pinekit curled up near her mother and slept. 'Pinekit..' She thought to herself as she drifted to sleep.

Thistlestar curled up beside his family, chuckling at Patchkit who was currently shuffling around as if he was bitten by a snake.
