Dropping his ears, the cat snaps his neck to once side watching them leave. "Good riddance and good luck getting into the clan when all you've done is attacked them." He hisses bitterly, knowing they wouldn't have much luck getting in without trust. Not to mention he'd caught wind of Brightleaf's surprising lack of loyalty in their battle against the fox, but that was of little concern to him. Perhaps such a shallow minded cat would vouch for the skinny calico to join, but he highly doubted a sensible cat would allow threats to walk into their heart with tails high. Snorting, he continues back towards his tree hoping the clan cats slit their throats for such ridiculous disrespect for his condition and mindset. Would be fight with them? Maybe, but he didn't trust Cinder one bit if she was willing to throw her pelt around for attention.

"How was I supposed to know one of the Clan cats was actually kind to him?" Thorn grumbled, his paws dragging across the ground. "If we don't find many other cats, we'll just have to carry this out ourselves. The Clan cat scent that I had detected when we approached him was stale. Hopefully they won't see each other before you attempt to join the Clan." He let out a sigh before scenting the air again, searching for any other rogues.

"Hey... earlier, before you came, the same tom that attacked me was stopped by an apprentice that jumped in front of me.. maybe she could be the cat that helps me join?" Cinder meows, remembering that apprentice from earlier. She didn't seem keen on bloodshed and she wanted to give cats a chance... maybe she was the one?

"That could possibly be the one," Thorn looked pensive, his eyes brightening. "Yes, that's perfect. Go find her and convince her you are the equivalent of an angel sent down from their 'StarClan'. If this is the same cat Spidertail spoke of, she seems pretty naive. I'm sure you won't have too much trouble with it." At that moment, a loner padded past, and Thorn quickly discussed the plan with the scrawny tom, whose ears perked at the idea. He swiftly agreed and scampered off, promising to tell some of the cats he lived with as well.

Cinder nods. "I'll go see if I can find her. I'll be lucky if she was on a patrol." She meows, padding further into clan territory. "I'll meet you back at the border later." She calls over her shoulder. Hmm... where could she be... She's probably in camp. Cinder pads around aimlessly, hoping that she would bump into the shecat.

Passing the spots where'd he'd met Leafpaw in the past, the tom worked his way back to the oak tree and settled down at it's base. The fox count nearby had gone down, he imagined they were taking their kits to better hunting grounds. He didn't bother to worry about the little scrap, he'd done what he could for her. Biting into the fish, he hoped those two shady cats wouldn't return to bother him further, especially if he was looking for some easy prey...

Looking around camp lazily, she noted Wrenfoot, Ashfeather and Nettle-eye were all in camp doing close to nothing. Lilypaw was practicing a few battle moved in the corner of camp, but no one looked like any fun to mess with. Her body was still aching to jump that useless kittypet in Dawnstar's den, but she had to keep herself calm and wait it out. Time would tell if the useless cat proved to be worth taking in and wasting prey on.

Sunpaw bounced over to Thistleheart, his eyes bright despite everything that had happened. "Thistleheart, do you want to go hunting or something? I'm sick of being stuck in this camp and Quickclaw is nowhere to be found."

Thorn watched as Cinder disappeared into RoseClan territory before he could slip in another word. He was tempted to call after her to be careful, but he figured the she-cat was old enough to take care of herself. He turned and padded in the direction they came, his eyes glued to the ground in thought. As he passed through Spidertail's territory, he kept his head low so the tom didn't suspect he was back for a fight.

So far, Cinder had had no luck finding the shecat that had shielded her from the aggressive tom. She didn't give up, she couldn't, or their plan may not work.

His fish was half eaten when the grey brute came into sight again, this time alone. Assuming Cinder was off in clan territory, he ignored the other cat for the most part. Grabbing what was left of his fish, he skillful bounces his way up into the oak where he felt safer. He only watched the cat as he passed by, not willing to say anything if the older tom wanted to keep silent as well.

The multi-colored she-cat blinked at the little scrap of fur, not heavily fond of younger cats; the main reason she never took an apprentice. However, she was interested if Quickclaw was an adequate mentor and slowly heaves to her paws. "I suppose so, but I expect you won't be chasing away all the prey. You're around nine moons old right, halfway through apprentice training?" Not wanting to have to kit-sit him about crouching and form, but she would all the same.

"Yes, I am," Sunpaw nodded eargerly, "You don't have to worry about teaching me how to hunt or anything like that. I've learned a lot from Quickclaw over the past three moons. I've even gone hunting by myself!" He started towards the camp entrance, barely waiting for a response from the older warrior.

Leafpaw continued stalking Blightleaf, continuously doubting whether or not she should be launching an attack alone. She's a danger to the Clan, she reminded herself, carefully following her scent trail through the territory. If Dawnstar won't do anything, I have to. I just don't get why Blightleaf acts like we didn't even discuss how she's killed a cat, though. The instability of the cat she was tracking frightened Leafpaw a bit.

Thorn continued along until he was out of Spidertail's general vicinity, letting himself relax slightly. He wandered towards the dark forest, his eyes always scanning the horizon for signs of danger. By the time he reached a tree with large, twisted roots that provided shelter, he had run into three loners and two kittypets. Four out of the five of them had agreed to help fight the Clan, giving Thorn some peace of mind. They were starting to build some reliable numbers.
