The slender Siamese thought of Leafpaw, an innocent cat who'd tried to chase him off only to run back to him offering prey. She didn't owe him a life debt or the vast amount of trust she'd given him, it made the tom sick to think of harming her. Sighing slightly, he wanted to tell the other tom it sounded like a personal problem and to shove off, but he was outnumbered and pushing his buttons wouldn't be wise. "I'll think about, right now I'm in no shape to be fighting anybody in case you didn't notice." Turing slightly and showing the tom the fox bite along his leg; the marigold paste now dried to his fur making it almost look worse than it was. "Fish feed me well for now, but once Leaf-bare comes we'll all be starving. For now, I'll have to pass until I'm feeling better."

Cinder sighs, deciding to take matters into her own paws. She pads up to the tom, smiling sweetly at him. "Please? For me? I need a place to stay, and these clan cats won't let me stay. They'll just kick me out... I've been travelling for days now." She strides around the tom, drawing her tail under the tom's chin. "Please?"

Thorn's eyes widened a bit as Cinder drew her tail around the tom's head. The last time he had seen her, she was just a tiny kit, barely mewling for the first time. It made him a bit uncomfortable to watch her act like this, but remained silent. "Cinder, don't push," he warned, though he was watching the rogue for any signs of a changed mind. "We can always drop by in a couple of sunrises to find out his decision."

Blinking in disbelief, he jerks away from the she-cat not really sure how to react; and before her fathers eyes. He hadn't been around affection since he was separated from his family, the odd sensation made his emotions feel mixed between discomfort and confusion. Leafpaw hadn't been like this despite the several conversations they had, he wasn't sure what came over the other cat. "Shelter, maybe, but I need to think this over. One of the cats is... Under my watch for the time being. I cannot pledge my claws to another cat if it meant harming someone who's offered me prey regardless of my title." Not giving away gender or age on purpose, he didn't want them to use any weakness against him to force his choice. He was young, but he knew very well how to manipulate others to do his biddings.

"You have loyalties to the Clan?" Thorn asked, disbelief coloring his voice. They had definitely chosen the wrong cat to ask if this was the case. He could even blow their entire plan, filling the Clan in and taking away their element of surprise. He was only glad he hadn't shared the part of the scheme where Cinder joined their Clan. At least he couldn't warn them about that. "After the way they treat rogues like us, I'm surprised you don't want to tear them to shreds just as much as we do."

"You don't have to hurt that cat, we'll just hurt the rest." She meows, stopping in front of the tom. "I have a couple of cats in mind who I'd like to hurt." Cinder fixes her bright amber gaze with the tom's, her eyes wide and full of innocence.

The tom shook his head, guessing this tom wasn't as smart as he played off to be. "One cat, I have no fondness for the clan or their borders. Like anyone else I pick my friends and enemies carefully, this one is young with a moldable mind. I was hoping to turn this cat into a rogue with me seeing as how I saved their life while a clawless she-cat 'warrior' just watched from the shadows. If anything, they have given me their loyalty, not the other way around. Needless to say, the idea of a clawless warrior in their ranks makes me sick; but at least I know she's venerable. The cat I have befriended is an advantage to me, their loyalty to me means in a battle they will help keep me safe or even better, will vouch for me if I ever ask about joining. It's no weakness or loyalty on my end." While that wasn't true, they didn't need to know that.

Cinder turns back to her father, rolling her eyes. "I think we should leave... He might ruin the plan." She mutters into his ear before turning back to face the tom. Her tail twitches with slight agitation, he wouldn't be easily manipulated.

Thorn grunted and shrugged his shoulder. What the tom spoke of made sense. While it didn't seem he would help in their raid, he had provided valuable information. A clawless warrior? That made an easy-target. A young cat with a moldable mind that could be manipulated into trusting the rogues? That was even better. "Thank you for your time," he dipped his head curtly, "It seems you've made your decision." He adhered to Cinder's advice and continued on past Spidertail, making his way further down RoseClan's border. He didn't say anything - he would let Cinder break the silence with her thoughts before he spoke.

((Kitty, didn't you make a rogue? If I'm not mistaken, wasn't her name Thalia? Could they talk to her next?))

Cinder follows the father, walking beside him. "I don't think we should go back to him... he'll probably tell that cat he knows everything." She meows since her father wasn't saying anything. "We need to find another cat who will definitely work with us with no soft spots for any clan cats."
