-Rush hadn't heard Fang's comment-He was too far away from the Pack. He sat by the lake.-
" Man! Life sure isn't fair. What I'd give.." -Rush growled to himself, hitting his paw hard down against the ice. The ice cracked from his force. Suddenly, he heard growling behind him.-
"Cut it out, Wolf. It'll do no cheering up, my friend." -Rush said, not realizing the growling was from a loner, not his friend. He felt someone rip into his back. Rush had been trained only to howl for help when really neccessary. He grasped his mouth closed, biting his tongue in the process. He whisked around, biting at the stranger wolf's muzzel, and throwing his body weight at the wolf's side. The stranger fell down, and Rush seized this oppurtunity to rip into the loner's side, pulling at much skin off as possible. The wolf grabbed Rush's tail, flinging him backwards. Rush felt himself fall into the icy cold water. He scrambled up, shivering from the cold. As he raced to bit into the Loner, the loner moved to the side, then let his body weight fall on Rush.-
"What have you been eating!?" -He choked at the heaviness. Rush bit into the loner's paw, and the loner jumped off. Rush srmabled up, and he could immediantly fell he had sprained his left hind paw. He sprang at the stranger, with less force. He bit the wolf's neck, and the stranger sunk it's fangs into Rush's side, ripping at it as Rush had done it he, too. Rush used his last breath of energy to fall into the loner, and twisted the loner's paw. The stranger scrambled off the territory, leaving Rush panting. Rush could fell blood dripping into his eyes, and so he blinked them, trying to get the blood away. He limped at a slow rate to a nearby tree, falling onto his unshredded side. He was too exhausted and cold to call for assistance, so he laid he head on his paws. He fell uncoincious from the blood lossage. The battle had been unfair-The other wolf was much larger then most wolves, and Rush was still growing, well, kind of.-
Hey old man, rest your head, you're breaking down inside
Armour's cracked
Set to collapse
Somewhere all my darkest fears are gathering
It is not enough
