[ (1.) Well, though most Legendaries are overpowered, I would like only a few small legendaries (Shaymin, Celebi, etc.) are allowed for now.

(2.) Looplets and Emeras are in PSMD aren't they? I haven't actually played it, but yeah. I can allow those. Normal Emeras are allowed [ Big ears, or whateves ] but Awaking Emeras can be very rare, and can only appear in High-Mid level dungeons. I think that's fair. I just don't want every post having finding a Emera. ]

Scourge is a generally nice pokemon, with a bit of an immature sense of humor and a want to help any of his friends in any way he can. He often fancies himself as a martyr, sacrificing his happiness for the happiness of others. He often talks and sometimes walks in his sleep, though he often has a hard time getting to sleep.
History [ optional ]:
Scourge grew up with a family of ghost-type pokemon, who all valued strength over morals. He ran away after they gave him a lunar band, trying to get him to evolve. He kept it, as a reminder of his one friend in the group, a haunter who had stumbled on Rouge territory and was assassinated, and eventually did evolve into an umbreon, in hopes that Haunter would be proud of him for doing so.
