She was born in the clan but her kin all died for various reasons other than Ivyclaw, the night her mother died from greencough, she was so distraught and never wanted anyone to feel that way. She wouldn't wish it on her greatest enemy so she decided that she would try hard to learn and be a medicine cat, she ended up loving it and became the Mountainclan medcat. She unfortunately injured her left hind paw on a two leg contraption that she just escaped from while collecting herbs, she now has a permanent limp.

(accepted! just a note that in the cat description on the front page, all cats must have long fur. So I'll just change her fur to 'long' in the description on the first post. reason being is that its cold year round in the mountains and any kit that is not born with thick fur keels off from hypothermia. Therefor all surviving cats have pretty thick, long fur like an adaptation thing)
