*As soon as Stone said those words, his muzzle and heart felt like they had been clawed*

Owlfeather looks at Stone then her ears flatten against her head. "But I want to stay here with you Stone."

"I just... I mean... you belong in the forest. I belong in the twolegplace. Owlfeather... I think it's best if we... get some space."

*The words stung his muzzle more than he thought it would. In his mind he regretted ever thinking of it, but in his heart, he knew it was right.*

Owlfeather sat down looking at him. She wasn't going to move. "I belong with the tomcat I love. So, i belong with you, Stone. No even starclan can tell me different." Owlfeather felt her heart breaking once again. She place her paw on Stone's paw and mew softly. "I don't want to lose you again Stone. I wouldn't let it happen"

A smiled showed on Wildflight's face. He wasn't big on challenges honestly but he liked that she was clearly trying to make this fun. The large tom lightly headbutted her shoulder as a friendly gesture as he meowed, "We'll see about that." Wildflight was confident in his ability to out hunt her but he didn't want to outright crush any hope she might have.

"Go home."

Owlfeather stood up hissing. "I am happy here stone! just give me a chance to prove it to you." Her ears flatten as she felt even more hurt then the first time they broke apart. "I wouldn't lose you again Stone."

*Stone stood up and puffed his fur out, baring his teeth*

"Stop lying to me! I know you're not happy here! I know you Owlfeather, I know you want to be with me, but I can't! I can't stand it, seeing you unhappy. You're a forest cat, I'm a kittypet."

*Stone pointed to the forest with his tail*

"Go!"
*he unsheathed his claws*

Owlfeather just sat back down as she was not moving anytime soon. She was staying no matter what. She looked at him then mew. "I am happy with you. We could be swimming in the lake and ill be happy because you are there. I would be happy if we were on the thunder path as long as I was with you.
