Sparrow scented mouse and crouched, her long, feathery tail low and her eyes directed at a spot beyond the undergrowth to her left. She crept forwards, her whiskers twitching with anticipation. Sparrow padded as close as she dared without scaring the small mammal off and prepared to spring, bunching her leg muscles up beneath her.

Falcondusk followed her watching.

Sparrow leapt, her claws planting in the small mouse, killing it instantly. She picked it up in her jaws and carried it to Falcondust.

Falcondusk flick his tail. "Your test isn't over kit."

Sparrow growled quietly at the insult, but said nothing, reverting back to her old ways of holding her tongue.

Falcondusk sat there waiting as he flicks his tail. Owlfeather looks at the den and mew. "What is inside?"

"What else do I need to do?" Sparrow asked through grit teeth.

spottedleap weaved her way through the trees, and arrived at a crashing waterfall.

Pikeflower didn't want to start arguing with Mistyclaw so he simply rested his head on his paws and watched his clan mates go about their business.
