"My father is the Hoenn champion and my mother was a renowned pokemon breeder. You've probably never heard of them though...different region and all," Rio commented back, looking embarrassed and a bit sheepish about it. "You could say I learned from the best."

"Oh? Where did your little Torchic go?" Gaeani blinked. "Torch was his name, right?"

"Well no wonder you know so much about Pokemon. You basically were raised around them" Damian smirked, "I'm the opposite though, I was rasied around machines and lab equipment" he chuckled, "My dad is an Engineer whom is working on the next generation of Pokedexes for the Sinnoh Region so rather than carry some bulky thing around all the time, it'll be a watch. Touchscreen and all. It's actually really cool. At least I think so..." He paused when he realized he was getting way to close to this kid. He only met him maybe half an hour ago and they were already exchanging back stories! "No backstories though" he reprimanded, giving a grumbling sigh as he looked back to the stage. Man, when was this thing going to start?

(So...got the idea from Poketch (which is from the Pokemon video games) but since Trainers don't exactly need that kind of equipment, I made the Poketch into a kind of Pokedex. I hope this is okay A simple turtle)

Nychole nodded and pulled her hoody over her head and leaned back into her chair putting her hands into her jacket pockets and started to slowly doze off.
*Oh...thanks.* Quinn says nervously fidgeting with her tail which causes the bow to sparkle slightly in the light.
Blade looks around noticing a few other pokemon.

Sora didn't take long and was back not to long after departing. She had grabbed a few Pokepuffs and a drink for Nychole while she was out. She placed the drink next to Nychole then opened the box to give each of the Pokemon a puff. "I'm back Nychole." She said as she handed the puffs out.

Mizu
Mizu nodded and looked at the shine on the bow. *That bow of yours is pretty. I really like it.* Mizu said, trying to make conversation though she wasn't the talkative type. She did have a Quiet nature. As her trainer returned she took the puff in her webbed hands and eyed it critically.

That's what I want to know. Vincent thought as he glanced around trying spot any shade of orange he could. That's when the very object of his search came running out of the tall grass to hop into his arms, shaking in fear. *Save my Vinny! It's gonna eat me!* The Torchic cried as he hid his face. "Torch, what's wrong?" He asked looking up to where the Pokemon came running from only to see a not so happy Wurmple. "Torch what did you do?"

"Oh!" Gaeani approached the Wurmple. "Hey there, little guy. What did this lil' Torchic do to tick you off?"

He chuckled a hit. "No back stories." He agreed, falling silent again as he took a seat at a random row, second seat from the end so Damien could sit. "Do you have it on you...? The pokedex I mean....that is if you, uh, don't mind me asking?"
Charmander had taken a seat on the other side of his trainer, seemingly like she belonged. No way would she sit on the floor. Plus how would she see what was going on on the ground.

*Well I'll tell ya. One does not just come and eat a girl's berries* The Wurmple said, making Torch squeak. *I said sorry!* Vincent looked at the Wurmple, quickly adding it to his pokedex before placing Torch done. Maybe he could catch it, but Torch didn't seem to want to do any of that. The little guy was hiding behind his leg and shaking, earning a sigh from Vincent. So instead he gave up on the idea and followed Gaeani's example and approached it."Hey, whatever Torch did, I'm sure he deeply regrets it." He said, his voice holding it's rare kindness as he spoke to the Pokemon.

Gaeani sighed softly, though smiled apologetically, as if she had understood the Pokémon. "Well, to make up for what Torch did..." She reached into her bag and pulled out a small case. She set it down and opened it, revealing a large amount of Pokéblocks. "Would you like one of these, little Wurmple?"

"Um...I mean..I guess so..." Damien said as he pulled up the sleeve of his jacket to reveal the slim watch that dimly displayed the current time in digital form. "It's a prototype but my dad asked me to test it while on my journey. To watch for bugs or whatever" Damien shrugged, "I still have yet to toy around with it though" He touched the screen, which brightened slightly, then slid the screen to the left to reveal four app buttons of which were Phone, Map, Radio, and a group of miscellaneous apps that he didn't think head really need. Then he slid the screen left again, it revealed four different apps which were.Calculator, Calendar, Alarm clock, and memo pad "It's solar powered, which makes it easy for trainers to charge up without having to go to a Pokecenter. This is like a PokeNav, Pokedex, Poketch, and a Pokegear all put in one. When my dad finishes the last touch-ups of this thing, it ought to put Sylph Co. and the Devon corporation out of business"
