Brightbird sat down in her den, tail around her dark gray paws. She lifted a paw and moved aside some ash leaves. "Hm." She couldn't find any daisy, though she was sure she'd got some a few days go. I haven't used any...I hope one of the young cats didn't take it. She frowned and stood, sniffing around, trying to find the flower.

Lightningpaw padded through the forest, his paws not making a sound on the earth. He probably wasn't supposed to be out- such a young apprentice, without even a mentor. But he went out all the time. He wasn't going to let the warriors hold him in, no. With a hiss, he leaped forward, darting around trees, between trunks, jumping over logs. His powerful legs carried him quickly, but he was out of breath to soon. Lightningpaw slowed, and jumped onto the stump of a fallen tree. He licked his paw where a thorn had jammed into it while he was running.

Hawkswoop tilted his head, looking down from high up in a great pine. A rabbit. A nice, plump rabbit. Mm. Someone at camp would love that. He crouched on the branch. It was to high to jump, way to high. But if the rabbit would move a few tail-lengths away, then he could make his way down the trunk quietly and pounce...After a few minutes, the small gray creature hopped off, disappearing into a bush. Hawkswoop slid down the tree quietly, counting on his pelt to hide him from the animal's sight.
