Mistfeather looked terrified, muttering 'How do I help him?' As if in answer, a voice appeared from the wind. Comfort him, dear. She placed her tail on his shoulder. 'Icepaw, deep breathes. Calm yourself. When you feel ready, tell me what you see.' Her voice was comforting and kind, but she didn't know where the words came from.

Ice paw stayed by mintpaw and looked around seeing a glowing cat and for some reason it made him angry to see it "I-I see a glowing cat... But... It's strange it's white almost and it makes me angry.. Why did the dark forest curse me...? Why...?" He shrunk and laid beside them shaking still.

The DarkClan leader seemed shocked to hear this, starting to question why there were not any signs of this sooner. However, she kept her thoughts to herself, getting back to the task at hand. "Despite what has happened, we need to keep calm." Of course, she had noticed the sickly-looking blood splattered across the ground, but decided not to make any comment on it. Hearing the tale of some white glowing cat, her thoughts instantly went to one thing.. StarClan. Padding closer to the medicine cat, she decided it would be best to share her concerns with him over any other cat right now, seeing as at least he was keeping a level head. "Do you think LightClan may have something to do with this? As far-fetched as it may seem, their beliefs do lead to a few suspicions.."

Returning with the herbs, Marshstep carefully placed them within his own den, actually relieved that no cat has gotten injured yet today. Peeking out of his den again, he looked towards LightClan's nursery before beginning to pad over there. Certainly a short visit wouldn't hurt anyone.

"Oh Lilystar hey!" Said Stormstripe, attempting to ignore all the cats that were biting him. I guess they're angry at me for attacking one of their own. He thought to himself. Visible wounds appeared, and Stormstripe winced in pain. "Bramblefur can you fix this?" He asked. Another cat bit him. "Fast." Stormstripe added on.

As Icepaw spoke, Mistfeather sat down listening, all the while a soft voice occasionally spoke in her head, like when her mentor used to help her. 'Shhh, don't worry. The Dark Forest haven't cursed you, don't worry. If it distressed you, then you don't have to talk.' She comfortingly pressed her fur against the shaking apprentices side.

Bramblepelt pondered this for a bit. 'Yes, they might be. Apparently StarClan cats are generally white and glowing, I think.' He tried to recall what his mother had told him. Then the medicine cat turned back to Stormstripe. 'I'll do my best, I am going to talk to the Dark Forest.' He replied, padding over to his den.

Echomists' ears pricked, as she heard Marshstep coming near the nursery.

Ice paw nudge mintpaw "I don't know what to do... Mintpaw.. I can't hunt now.. Or fight.." He whispered to his best friend and listened to mistfeather and seen a glowing cat near where she was but it looked different.

Breezepelt padding around camp and sighed she didn't know what to do

Seeing the two quarreling kits, he purred in amusement, "Seems I'm interrupting a war here."

Seeing the sudden injuries forming on her deputy, she began to feel rather concerned for her clan. Pitying her injured clanmate, she began to pad past him, whispering. "Go rest. I'll take up your duties until you are well enough to properly fulfill your role as deputy."

Ice paw looked at Lilystar "l-lilystar... Wh-what will I do now?" He meowed quietly and sadly. He couldn't see meaning he couldn't hunt he could fight he couldn't train he couldn't even take care of the ELDERS.

Echomist chuckled. 'Seems that way.' She agreed, amusememt filling her voice.

Bramblepelt entered the medicine den and curled up, quickly sleeping.

Mistfeather breathed out. 'Don't worry. You'll be able to help out.' The voice that she heard seemed satisfied, although she was sure that it was just the wind.
