Cinder perks her ears, hearing a faint mew. "Tiny?" She calls out again, following he sound. It had been a while now, she hoped Tiny was okay. Lark was definitely being punished after this.

Tiny was born in the heart of the forest. His parents, Oak and Pave, thought he was a cursed kit because neither of them are black and he was the only kit that was black. He is also very small, so they took the other kits and left him there.

Tiny lives on leftover remains of food, but not quite crowfood, because it is not rotten.

Littlekit blinked. "Sorry," he meowed, reaching out to nuzzle Mintleaf.

Tiny closed his eyes, stopping his squirming. Maybe they weren't coming. He'd better just sleep.

Tiny's scent was getting stronger with each stride. "Tiny?" His calls had stopped now, which might be bad. Worry gnaws at her stomach. "Tiny!"

"Good." Bramblefoot nodded, happy that he at least apologised. "So how have you been?" Bramblefoot asked Mintleaf, trying to make small talk.

"Mama. Papa," Tiny murmured again. He was getting too hot under the leaves, and couldn't really breathe.

"Fine. As most queens are, hoping my kits are okay," Mintleaf meowed, glancing at Littlekit laying down near Bramblefoot.
