Birchtail turned. "W.. what?" he asked, confused.

Dappleheart sighed. "I went for walk with Tigerstripe today, and we went to the stream. He nuzzled me, and I told him I had a mate. I didn't think much of it, but then when I went back to the den just now he smacked me with his tail..." She told the tom, not with the most amused of expressions.

"I like Dappleheart, and I nuzzled her when we were watching the sunset together."

*he admitted truthfully*

*Snowfeet heard Birchfoot's snoring and chuckled a bit, padding to the patch of grass*

Birchtail frowned. "Well, as you can see, she does have a mate. I won't make decisions for her, but for now-" he cut himself off, and lifted his paw. "Please go away." Birchtail's fur stood on end.

Birchtail held back a sly smile, keeping his frown. "Find some other she-cat!" he thought. because Dappleheart is mine. I shall protect this ship with my life. XD "Please, don't do that to me, Tigerstripe. Guilt won't work on me."
