Emberpaw waited patiently looking around for his leader. He had yet to be assigned a mentor. Seeing foxfall enter the medicine cat den he decided to wait.

Dapplesong hauled her back onto the shore panting exhaustedly. " You brute get over here and help me!" She snapped at slate grooming pixel to help warm her up.

"That's all I have to say Foxfall and Swiftlight. You two have a good day." Icetail said, nodding a little. He put the organized herbs in there own little slots that he found in the corner of the den. He looked over to Lilypaw. "Alright Lilypaw. Come with me." Icetail said, padding out of the Medic den.

Foxfall nodded but didn't say anything as it looked like Icetail wanted to get something done. He just padded out of the den and felt calm and relaxed when the warm sun hit his pelt. He padded outside his water-flooded den and laid in the hot sand, his pelt gathering the warmth from the sand and the sun.

Yin shook off the though and took another fish, the size of a minnow. It probably wouldn't even be touched by any cat so she decided to eat it before it went bad. She put the tiny fish in her mouth and chewed a bit before swallowing it whole.

Pixel felt useless as Dapplesong groomed her but she didn't say anything. She just laid there.

Beowulf sighed and then looked around. He was somewhat impatient today. The tom curled up under a tree and closed his eyes, listening to the nearby sounds just incase anyone attacked him. He put his tail over his muzzle and sighed, still waiting for Littlepaw.

Lillypaw followed her mentor out of the den relishing in the warm sunlight on her silverfur. Her good eye followed her mentor closely as to not trip or get lost.

As the two walked in silence, Icetail stopped and looked at Lilypaw. "Now, as we gather as much catnip as we possibly can, I'm going to ask you questions.For example: If I am a elder and I have Whitecough or Greencough, what is the cure and how would you apply it?" he said, breaking the silence. "You don't have to answer that, that's just an example." he said, already scouting for some catmint.

I would have chosen Yin to mentor Emberpaw but I don't want Yin to mentor anybody. Also everybody can add a moon to their cats. Its supposed to be every 20 pages you add a moon but I ended v.1 five pages before the next moon. The next moon will be at page 20 still though so it will make everything easy.

Foxfall lifted his head up as Emberpaw came over to him. Foxfall looked around camp at the cats who could mentor Emberpaw. Most were new warriors or didn't have the time to mentor or patience to mentor. He would have chose Swiftlight, but he has enough in his paws from becoming deputy. "I guess I could" Foxfall spoke, this wouldn't mean Emberpaw would become a deputy anyday, its just because he didn't have much of a choice.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I fell into the river, I can float and I didn't know there was rapid rivers downstream" Pixel mumbled, her back hurt greatly but she didn't show an signs that it hurt. She stood up and shook the water off her whiskers.

Icetail nodded and looked around some more. There wasn't any catnip in sight. Or it was probably looking hard enough. He got easily distracted by not tending his duties in camp, such as cheeking on the elders, kits and queens. Sighing he looked at Lilypaw. "Good. Now what if I'm a warrior and I have an open wound on my neck and a broken paw, what would you use and what would you apply..?" he asked.
