"later yin" swiftlight meows. as foxfall talks to him, he continues to smile, "thank you," trying not to eye the fly circling foxfall's ear. he hopes that he won't mess up too bad, today being his first day. "i'll make sure to do that," he says as he starts to make lists in his head, "how big should each patrol be?"

"yeah," hawkpaw agrees, "i'll be curious to see how that all turns out." he starts to drift off in his mind, not really into the conversation with lostwhisper. with a sigh, he sits back and lets the heat sink into his dark fur. it's a pretty nice day today, the sun high but not overwhelmingly hot, but still bright and sunny.

Yin heard a yowl in the distance but she couldn't tell if it was from a cat, and if it was, who it was. She shrugged and looked at the ocean, seeing a splotch of red spreading in the water near the shore. She bit down on her lip, wondering if it was one of our clan cats.

Ravenash decided to go for a hunt and try to catch the biggest thing he could. Where the big fish churned, deep down but as far as he could go. He padded into the water and swam till underneath him was blurry. He took a deep breath and went underwater, he opened his eyes in the salty water and swam farther down. He noticed a big fish swimming on the bottom and went for it. Little did he know, that fish knew he was there, and it wasn't a fish, it was a shark. Just as he got up close, the fish spotted him with its beady eyes. Ravenash was struck with terror as he returned to the surface and yowled for help as the shark cam charging after him from the depths. Tears streamed down from his eyes and into the ocean as he swam as fast as he could to get to the surface. Right when the shallow water was in sight and the shark couldn't swim there, he tried swimming faster. He wasn't far away from the shore the whole time, there was just a drop off a little ways away. He cried for help and felt the shark bite his hind leg and fling him around like a scrap of seaweed. The shark too another chomp and that got to half of his body as he screamed louder and the tears still streamed down his face. The shark must have not liked the taste of the cat because it flung it away into deeper water. His legs were chewed up, and so was his body. He was missing his tail and his legs as he drowned slowly in the water. It was calm, peaceful, and he liked that. His vision grew blurry as he slowly passed away.

He woke up in Starclan and was greeted by the former medicine cat and warriors. Ravenash didn't feel the pain anymore, it was over. That made his life better, NOT. That made his life worse, far worse than it ever was. But he was happy to see the former cats of Tideclan, and greeted them with a fake smile.

Beowulf scoffed and shook his head. "...It seems that you are going that way." he said as he lashed his tail to the direction towards Tideclan's camp. He shook his head and watched as the white cat pad away, not talking.

Icetail padded back to camp. "Foxfall..May I talk to you? Merely about two things." he said softly. He flicked his tail and without hesitation, he padded to the medic den, waiting for Foxfall to follow, almost forgetting that Swiftlight might need to know to. He stopped before he entered the Medic den and lifted his head without looking back. "And Swiftlight, you may want to hear this as well." Icetail mewed and padded back in the medic den.
