Smokestep looked apprehensive still, but she made an effort to seem non-threatening as she watched the bird's movements tensely. "Well, we should at least give it a chance." She suggested. "Er, make sure it doesn't go near the nursery or the apprentices' den."

Brambletail
Brambletail watched uneasily as Bailey invited the bird into camp. His gaze was fixed on the sky and his paws were flexing worriedly. He glanced back at his scratches and gave them a couple more licks as the blood began to dry.

Ferngaze
Ferngaze let out a sigh as he accepted her apology. "Thanks Brambletail." She meowed before watching him leave. "Oh, bye!" She called after him before stretching and grooming her black and white fur.

Cloudpaw
Cloudpaw shook his head. "I haven't seen him at all today." He mewed before looking up at Smokestep then back at Rainpaw. "See ya!" He winked with a smile, watching her bound away.

Rainpaw
Rainpaw padded up beside Lionpaw and flicked her tail. "What's going on?" She whispered into his ear, her greeny-orange gaze shifting around the cats and up at the sky.

Fleetwind - she-cat - warrior - tagged: in camp, Brambletail
Fleetwind slipped over by Brambletail and put her muzzle by his ear s she could speak to him without being overheard. "I can't believe they're letting a predator into camp. We shouldn't have to risk our lives and tread extra careful when we could just drive it away!" She kept her eyes on the sky, waiting for the bird with her hackles raised.

Brambletail
Brambletail looked at Fleetwind as she came over. He twitched his ear as she whispered to him before nodding. "I couldn't agree more. I don't like the idea of waking up every morning worrying I'm gonna get a fresh set of these!" He mewed quietly, glaring at his scratches before looking back at the sky. They're all mousebrained. The warrior added silently to himself.

Ferngaze
Ferngaze overheard the conversation and glanced at the sky. Her white and black fur bristled and her eyes narrowed as she waited. They were silly to think we could trust a bird, especially after it injured a warrior.

Cloudpaw
Cloudpaw saw everyone looking at the sky and heard something about a bird. He instantly sprung to his paws and his brilliant amber gaze fixed on the sky. Without his control, his white fur began to bristle and stand on end.

Rainpaw
Rainpaw padded up beside Lionpaw and flicked her tail. "What's going on?" She whispered into his ear, her greeny-orange gaze shifting around the cats and up at the sky.

Lionpaw gazed at Rainpaw, huffing. "Snowpaw brought this StarClan-forbidden bird into the Clan, and listens to her on sight." He said this in a whisper, so Snowpaw could not hear, only Rainpaw. The muscular, brown apprentice gazed at the sky, his claws flexing and gripping the ground underneath him.

Leopardheart stared up nervously at the blue pelt above her. "I wonder what's going to happen," She murmured worriedly.

"Sure doesn't smell like it, and why would she do that? We are her Clanmates for StarClan's sake!" She hissed in a low voice to Lionpaw, her grey fur beginning to bristle and her claws sliding out.
