ｐ ｅ ｒ ｓ ｏ ｎ ａ ｌ ｉ ｔ ｙ ; Very childlike in demeanor. Social, very social, and enjoys talking to, or at least attempting at doing so, talking to practically anyone they meet. Upbeat, cheerful, peppy. When things don't go their way, they tend to whine and complain for a bit, as well as possibly beg if they really want something, similar to how a young child would. After a few minutes, they'll eventually get over it and act as though nothing ever happened. Isn't exactly the most serious Pokemon. Probably won't take things seriously unless you ask them to, and even then whether or not they'll act appropriately is debatable.

She's pretty quiet most of the time, and tends not to socialize with others very much, unless they're her friends or they're the ones to start a conversation first. She gets embarrassed really easily. A bit timid. It's pretty easy to befriend her, actually-- just treat her nicely and stuff, and you'll be sure to have her trust in literally no time at all. Has a bit of a stutter when she talks to other people, but it's not too bad. When she's in public, she'll try to avoid conversations by 'reading'; and by reading, I mean just staring into pages of a book, spacing out, and then flipping the pages every so often.

If you were looking for a good role model you'd best look elsewhere.
Ze is a very assertive individual who is not afraid to speak his mind.
He seeks enjoyment in watching others get flustered over any and
every remark he makes. A bit of an instigator he would rather start
a fight than finish one. Because of this he may come off as a coward
but that is far from the truth. He is always ready to pick a fight and
isn't afraid to throw others under the bus to start one. In spite of his
many flaws he isn't that bad, mostly. While he comes off as a bully
most of the time he is just messing with people. It's the ones who
take it seriously that he ends up bickering with. He isn't quite
as sensitive as most people and because of this he doesn't know
why people get offended so easily. Ignoring him is probably the best
way to go. There are times in which he stops his antics and actually
tries to befriend someone. Those times, however, are few and far
between. His personality clashes with most people and thus he
spends most of his days alone. He will never admit it to anyone, not
even to himself, but he does have a bit of an inferiority complex.
This leads him to picking on others to feel better about his own short
comings. The fact that most people relate him to the symbol of Yin
adds to his complex. People believe that since he sided with the
idealistic brother, instead of the truth, that he was the bad guy. As
such he intends to act like one. In reality he is pretty harmless in
his human form. Zekrom doesn't necessarily hate any human or
Pokemon but he tends to not get along with Reshiram for very
obvious reasons.

Name; Chili
Gender; Was male when he was a fossil pokemon, but now...... He might be an it? Still calls himself male.

Appearance; Is around the same size as a normal Genesect, has very short hair and easy to notice eyes, wears a red tank top and red shorts, has his genesect cannon on his back still[it's folded down, don't worry], shoes are grey like Genesect's claws, has tanned skin believe it or not. Thin, but has a good amount of muscle to him.
Hair color; Red
Eye Colour; Silver

Personality; Chili is very energetic, the Genesect wanting to go and keep on exploring and doing whatever he wants, even when others are too tired and try to tell him to go to sleep or at least stop running around. Normally, he just keeps going until he just passes out and sleeps for a day or two, and then he's back to just continuing to go until he passes out again. Chili is extremely friendly to other pokemon, but not humans, as he has figured out that pokemon means friends most likely, where humans means people who would like to take him to a lab and test on him. In battles though, Chili will be vicious towards anyone, not stopping his attacks until his opponent goes down or someone stronger than him stops the battle, or, you know, he faints or passes out during it.
Likes; Blowing things up with Techno Blast, swimming, fossils, exploring around new places, heavy rain, battling
Dislikes; People complaining about how he talks, intense sunlight, when someone forces him to change which Drive he has in his cannon, humans
Crush; Open?
Lover; His mate from when he was a fossil pokemon We don't get this unless he gets a crush.
Offsprings;  A couple clutches of Kabuto back when he was a fossil pokemon. He's a robot bug, even if Mythical Pokemon could have offspring, he doesn't have the ability to do that anymore!
Rivals; Any and all Male Kabutops I'm joking[unless he finds a lady Tops and chooses her as a girlfriend, then it might not be a joke], but if you want to be rivals with him, feel free to ask.
History;  Can't get it out of him.
Other you want to tell; He refers to himself in the third person when he talks. Example: Instead of 'My name is Chili!', part of the time he says 'His name is Chili!', and most of the time he says 'Chili's name is Chili!'. It sounds right to him in his head, but not to anyone else when he speaks.

Pokemon; Deoxys; Is most commonly in Attack Forme, uncommonly in Speed Forme, rarely in Defense Forme, and almost never in Normal Forme.
Name; "Deo!" "No, Chili, my name is Arcane!"
Gender; Genderless; refers to self with male pronouns, but will be fine with any so long as you don't call them a she, and even then, he doesn't act too aggressively over it.

Appearance; Deo is a tall and skinny man, with tanned skin actually, besides his arms, which are red with a light blue underside. His hair is bright red with one light blue streak on each side, and he has dark blue eyes instead of his facial stripe and blank eyes from his Pokemon Form. He wears a dark grey tank top, and some red leggings with blue streaks on the front of them. Yes, he goes bare foot. His arms are able to unravel into his Deoxys arms should he wish to do so. His core is hidden by his tank top. (Thank Arceus, I had a description from another rp.)
Hair color; Red with light blue streaks
Eye Colour; Dark Blue[I like making Deoxys' core blue.]

Personality; Can get grumpy in social situations, very kind to young ones, battles extremely hard the rare few times he's challenged to a battle, confusingly prefers his Attack Forme over his other forms despite how quiet and peaceful his day to day life normally is.
Likes; Children, some quiet time to himself, the occasional battle, Rock type pokemon, other pokemon said to have come from space
Dislikes; The hyper Genesect, loud noise, being asked to make an aurora for no real good reason[Unless it's a child. Children can maybe get him to make an aurora.], the fact that he can never have a child blood related to him, Rayquaza
