You see a sand colored cat with cheerful green eyes prances towards you. "Hello, my name is Ferntail. I am the medicine cat of Mintclan. I see you have found your way into our territory, but do not be afraid, we are accepting of strangers and will provide you with hospitality. We are called the cats of Mintclan. We are called this after the mint plant because we hold up in the tough times and we adapt to the environment around us. No war or famine can end our clan. We are cats of the strongest type; mountain dwellers. Our camp lies in a cave on the side of a mountain. Most of our dens are hidden inside the cave, but our eyes easily adjust to darkness. Beneath our camp is a sparkling river that salmon pass through during mating season. Our main food consists of squirrels and chipmunks caught at the base of the mountain, so fish is really a delicacy. If you bring some back to camp, you will certainly win some favor with us! I need to get back to camp now. I would say goodbye, but I have a feeling we will meet again."
As Ferntail stalks back into the safety of the trees, you feel drawn to follow him. Will you?
If you wish to join this role play, there are a few things you must know:
•You may have 3 characters at once. If a character dies, you can get another. It makes things less confusing.
•please be active. Post at least once or twice a week, we cannot advance the story if a lead character decides to hibernate.
•don't make your cat a Mary Sue (aka too perfect)! Keep in mind a tragic back story is not needed to make a good character; just don't make your cat a messiah. Please.
•if you would like to kill off another character, please ask. Don't spring it on them.
•you cannot make your own characters have some sort of romance together. Don't worry, you can probably find another cat to have a relationship with!
•If you would like to be the leader of Mintclan, you will need to pm me first. It's an important decision, so I may take a while to think about it.
