Deerpaw, your new mentor shall be Spindletail, I hope she passes down everything she knows to you. Darkpaw, your new mentor shall be Owlfur, I hope he passes down everything he knows to you. Finally, Stripedpaw, your mentor shall be Ashenfur. I hope he passes down everything he knows to you.' She announces, waiting a little to let the mentors and apprentices get acquainted.

Stormheart emerged from the warrior's den and took her spot near the front of the crowd below Mapplestar's branch. She watched intently as the leader named new mentor's for the apprentices. Like the other cats she cheered them on when their names were called. She looked up at Mapplestar, waiting for the leader to call an end to the ceremony.

Maplestar paused for a moment, before leaping down

Cinder bounds through Sunclan territory, scenting the air for prey and clan cats. She stifles a yawn, feeling exhausted but hungry due to travelling for a few days. Soon, the scent of a mouse drifts towards her and she crouches, silently padding towards the mouse. Cinder stops a few foxtails away, her eyes locked onto the mouse. She pounces, narrowly missing the mouse. It scamper away but Cinder chases it, slamming a paw onto it's tail. Swiftly, she ends it with a bite to the neck, the mouse going limp in her jaws. Immediately, she tears into the mouse ravenously, not caring if clan cats found her or not.
