Ternpaw cocked her head, blinking slowly at her mother. "What? He... he isn't? But how? I've been with you and him for as long as I can remember, how can we not be real siblings? He was the first one I ever saw." This was all so confusing... She was starting to think this was some trick that they had planned for a while, sounded like one... She bet Mistclaw was involved...

"No, he isn't your brother. Some warriros found you at the border, and brought you back. I cared for you, and love you like my real daughter. It's okay to love your brother, as he isn't really your brother." Bramblestorm explained.

[Solanum]

"Really? That explains a bit... But does he know?" She cocked her head, frowning. This was huge... Her face lit up, a smile spreading from ear to ear. "But... That's great!"

[Keriae]

"Ashpaw doesn't know. You can tell him if you want." Bramblestorm meowed, glad to see her adoptive daughter was happy. Even though Ternpaw wasn't her own, she loved her as if she was.

Ashpaw powered through brambles and thorn bushes, not caring about anything anymore. His sister ws sick! She loved him, and they were littermates! He didn't notice when he crossed the border.

Ternpaw looked up at her mother, sighing. "But he wouldn't believe me if I told him... Could you come with me?" She mewed softly, smiling weakly.

Sweetpaw bounded towards the entrance, shrugging. Mumblefoot wasn't ready to go on the patrol, not yet of course. She decided to go out into the forest for a while, while she waited. She bounded away towards the forest. She stopped then started playing with the snow, clawing and pawing at it.

Sandpaw sighed, flexing her curved claws. So Sweetpaw doesn't appear to be the only she-cat in his life. She thought, closing her dark eyes regretfully. If only I could get a mere glance out of those captivating violet eyes...Yet I am invisible to him...What did I do wrong? Shaking her head, she waited patiently for Featherpaw to reply.
