Sweetpaw looked at Ternpaw and knew she wanted to be alone. "I'm going to talk with Mumblefoot, I see you'd like to hunt with Ashpaw alone." she turned and bounded off towards the gray and white tom.

[Keriae]

Ashpaw watched her walk away. "Oh well. If she's busy, she's busy." He shook his pelt and led the way into the forest. He turned. "I have to say goodbye to Faith and the kit. I'm the only cat they know." He ran over to Faith. "Faith, I'm going out on patrol. I won't be long. I'll be back before you know it." He poked her with his paw gently and turned back to Ternpaw.

Ternpaw smiled and dipped her head in thanks to Sweetpaw. Silently, she mouthed another thank you to the she-cat. Some would accept the offer just to annoy her, but Sweetpaw understood, and she was very grateful. But how could she tell Ashpaw the truth? It was just so wrong in everyone but her eyes...

Ashpaw turned and bounded back to Ternpaw. "Come on then." He head butted her side gently, playfully.

Ternpaw smiled at him and bounded into the forest, although she was a bit distracted and tripped over a root. But she stood up and padded off as if it hadn't happened, it had only hurt her pride. "Ashpaw, want to hunt by the border? There is slightly better prey over there."

[Keriae]

"Fine wih me. Come on!" He turned and ran to the border, dodging the undergrowth.

[Solanum]

Ternpaw dashed after him, although not as fast as usual as she was deep in thought. "Ashpaw... wait. I have to ask you something." She slowed down but not completely in case she lost sight of him. She didn't want anything to happen to him.

[Keriae]

Ashpaw slowed down and stopped, turning to face his sister. "Whta is it?" He asked. the young tom's eyes were sparkling with curiosity.

[Solanum]

"Well... Ashpaw, I kinda like this certain tom, but I know that the clan and him would believe that it wasn't right. I was wondering what I should do... Should I tell him or just ignore it as I have done for a while now?" She cocked her head, sighing softly. She hoped that he wouldn't pick up the hint...

"Well, maybe you should follow your heart. Only it knows best." Ashpaw instructed. He liked the way he sounded like a warrior. "You can't escape the furture."
