Nettlebird was triumph that they got rid of the fox so fast. She immediatley went to the kits. "What do you mouse brained kits think you were doing out here!" she tried to sound angry, but it was mainly filled with concern and relief. She started to lick the kits and made sure they were ok. "Thank Starclan your fine! Come on, lets get you back to camp. Willow is probably worried out of her mind!"

Frost reluctantly followed the she-cat, spitting at her brother.

Hail's fur bristled. "I could have beaten that fox." He scoffed.

Redwhisker sighed. I've never seen such an arrogant cat in my life...

Jadewhisker expected them to pounce on him, to let their anger out.

Willow watched The patrol return with her kits. "Oh, my kits! My kits!" She yowled, racing toward them. She began to lick them urgently. "Where have you been?" She growled, frantic.

Hail raised his chin. "I fought a fox." He said proudly.

Nettlebird snorted at Hail, and said, "He did not, instead they were in deep trouble with a fox so Jadwhisker, Redwhisker and I saved them. Nettlebird frowned at Hail, knowing that his arrogance would get him in big trouble one day. Starclan please protect these kits! She turned to the kits. "Frost, Hail, Pearl. I don't blame any of you for what happened, but for Starclan's sake please do not go out of camp by yourself again."

"I didn't want to," Pearl complains. "But I didn't want to be left alone here. It was Hail's idea," she adds.

Nightfeather glances over to where she hears cats talking. "What happened?" she wonders. She'd been busy treating a scratch on an apprentice that had become infected and hadn't heard about the missing kits. The apprentice had already gone off about two minutes ago.

Bulkfoot & Mistface

It was a nice morning when he finally woke up. He had fallen asleep in the nursery, sleeping next to Lunarsong. Bulkfoot had being doing that more and more lately, finding it hard to be apart from her for any long period of time. He noticed Lunarsong was still asleep, her swollen belly making her resemble a fluffy cloud. He exited the den to get some fresh kill for when his mate woke up, and looked around to observe any morning activity.

"Good morning Bulkfoot," The tom heard. He recognized the voice and when he raised his head he saw Mistface. "Just woke up and noticed you weren't there. Sleep in the nursery again?" Bulkfoot nodded. "You're a good cat. You let me know if there's any more news." With that the senior warrior finished a rabbit she had started eating and began making her way away from camp.

Bulkfoot took two birds in his mouth, carrying them back to the nursery.

Fawnpaw, Leafpaw, & Jaypaw

"Come on you two!" Leafpaw, a young calico she-cat, nudged Fawnpaw and Jaypaw to wake up. Jaypaw awoke quickly, rising to his feet with a yawn and a stretch. Now only Fawnpaw remained asleep, and was a little harder to arouse. "Fawnpaw, wake up!" Leafpaw insisted, pawing his face with claws shealthed.

Finally Fawnpaw stirred, mumbling, tiredly, "Just... a couple more minutes..." after another nudge Fawnpaw tentatively came to his feet, face sullen and half asleep. "Okay, I'm up," he mumbled, "There's nothing wrong with sleeping in sometimes..."

"Yeah, but we want to be great warriors, right?" Jaypaw noted, "That means being the best apprentices we can be, getting up early and being productive instead of being lazy and sleeping in."

Leafpaw led the two toms out of the den, "The important thing is we're up, and now we can start the day!"

Nettlebird listened to Pearl. "Yes Pearl, but being we would all rather you being lonely then in danger! Also, don't blame Hail for all this. He's just more of the adventurous type! Just remember to never do this again, ok? If you ever want to go exploring out of camp, first ask your mother, then one of the warriors like myself first." She added that last part to Hail especially. The young kit just wanted to go out and about and he thought he was invincible.

Frost nodded. "I never wanna see a fox again." She whimpered.

Hail growled, but nodded ever so slightly. "Fine."

(I'm going to remove Cloudpaw from the roster, guys. She isn't active. I'll also remove a few of my own cats I typically don't use to make room for new ones.)
