Tawny nodded sadly and said "how are you supposed to carry me?" she asked quietly.

"I'll carry you on my arm and I'll walk back to my home on three legs. I promise I won't drop you and if I do, taunt me and hurt me as much as you want." Wolfpaw suggested before he added on, "Or I could carry you by your scruff. I don't know how weak you are exactly but I don't want to take chances in hurting you more by doing that." He didn't know how weak her skin was and Wolfpaw was known for having a strong bite when he was anxious or stressed. He didn't want his fangs to sink into her scruff and wound the already weak she kit.

''Fox-dung.'' Stormpaw muttered. He tripped over a branch. He looked around or at least tried to. No one was there. He could not scent anyone. He sighed in relief.

Amberstar gazed down at his mate and kits his eyes filled with love, "they are beautiful," he whispered in her ear and then licked Flamekit's head to flatten and strand of loose fur. He looked around and saw that there were many kits, Silverheart just had her kits, also, he bit his lip lot's of kits but that is the future of the clan he said to himself.

Skykit snuggled up against her mother's belly and purred softly and needing the soft nest that she was lying in next to her siblings and mother.

Tawny nodded "I like the first one better" she said putting her weight on her left foot so she wasn't leaning on her broken paw, "are you ready?" she asked and without a response she climbed onto his leg, she was so anxious to go to the safe place, "what does the safe place look like?" she asked.

He gave a smile when the kit agreed to the first option. Once she was secured, he lifted his front arm to his chest and started to slowly walk back to camp. "Well there are many friendly cats who can protect you, there is food and water along with shelter and medicines to heal cats up. It's a paradise for a kit like you uh, what's your name?" Wolfpaw explained before asking about her name. He never got it and it may be a good time to know what it is.

She cleared her throat before speaking, "it's Tawny my mother told me my name right before she died about 1 1/2 moon ago," she said trying not to cry, she knew she was weak but she tried not to show that she was also mentally weak.

Treeflower felt very weak after all she had been through. It had been a tiring day. She was in awe at the beauty of her kits. "Amberstar, look at the beautiful kits, Skykit, Flamekit, Daisykit, there so beautiful. I never thought i could make something like this. You will make an amazing father." She barely managed those words for she was so weak. She struggled to sit up so she could feed her kits.

Amberstar nodded in agreement and purred, he looked down at the kits and said, "you need to rest I will be outside, do you need anything, food, water?" he asked her.

After she was done eating she laid on her belly and looked up at her mother smiling, she batted with her soft paws at her mothers legs playfully she then saw her tail and her eyes widened she raced after her mother's tail and began to play with it.

"Nice name. They call me Wolfpaw. My mother died when I was a kit too. I was actually weaker then you are right now as a kit. It was tragic on my part because the clan had to do everything for me to keep me alive. It's okay to cry, we can stop right here if you want to." The Medicine Cat apprentice meowed also starting to feel himself get a bit emotional. If it wasn't for the clan, he would of been dead right now and in StarClan with his mother. He wanted to be there but, he still had a life to live here on the ground.

She nodded on taking a break she climbed off his leg slowly trying not to touch her paw to the ground when she reached the ground her bones showed through her pelt more than ever, she coughed wincing slightly, cause it took some effort to cough while she was this weak, she coughed again her throat sore, and scratchy, "were you brought into the 'clan'?" she asked Wolfpaw, she liked that name 'Wolfpaw' she said again to herself, she wished that she had that kind of name, like Tawnypaw she said not out-loud but in her head. She probably looked weird saying all of these things in her head, so she put on a straight face...well as straight as she could manage, and she looked at him and coughed once more and perked her ears ready to listen.

"I was born in the clan but I was very weak and not expected to live for at least a weak. My mother was quite confident in herself and she made sure I would live longer then a week. She payed the most attention to me and made sure I got lots of food. I eventually was expected to live two weeks then three and soon a moon and then two. The more my mother gave her attention to me, the more likely I would live. The clan saw she wanted me to live and they also started to pitch in helping her out. Though it all came tumbling down when she died when I was a moon and a half old. The clan still took care of me but I was a bit more stubborn because I wanted my mother. Somehow she never really named me because she never had the time to think of a name for me. The clan called me Wolfkit because I would be a strong individual when I grow up and I am to this day." Wolfpaw explained feeling a tear come to his blue eye. His mother, the best companion he ever had and if she was still alive, she would be so proud of what her son became. The future Medicine Cat of the clan and he was still trying to get strong until he was normal. Every leaf-bare, it was always that season that he knew he may die. His kitten fur still hadn't fallen off yet and it was quite useless to him now. His body heat couldn't stay and the guy would almost freeze to death everyday during the cold moons.
