xxxxxxxxxxxxxA sharp cry escaped into the crisp morning air. The owner was from a young kit name Isle, a silver stricken tabby tom. His mother licked him violently to get his lungs clear of mucus. He was a single kit. "Is he breathing?" a tom by the name of Shell mewed a mew full of hope. This was his father. "Like the whip of a mountains wind." the queen panted. Her name was Lilac. His mother. "His name?" Shell asked with a licked of his paw that he drew over his mates ear, flattening some fur. "Isle..." she mewed, "Like the island off the coast of the sea." she mewed with a wistful look in her eye to be out at sea on her boat again with her two-leg. Many moons later, with Isle now grown up into a strong young tom, he traveled the ocean with his mother and fathers owner. They had passed away from old age about a few moons ago and their owner had kept him all the time. But one day, while out at sea. Isle's ship was capsized when they hit a reef off the coast of a passing island. His body was whipped off the sternum of the ship and into the water. He struggled to get above the waves, his nose just out of the churning tides from the steady sinking of the ship until it settled at the bottom. His body was tired out and he was so far from the island. Miraculously he made it to the island. A small two-leg road could be seen from where he landed but his vision dazed before he could get up and head there. A loud mew came from a cat that was running towards him. A she-cat he would know to be Ocean. She was a pretty she-cat, a petite little thing. She had Russian blue fur with mesmerizing blue eyes. She was beautiful and Isle fell in love with her later on in life. They started a family together when they found a safe place in the forest to stay. May other cats from around the island decided to join their little safe-haven between the crooked-creek river. The band of cats slowly started to form until they gave themselves the name-'Island Cats'. After Isle had passed, they remained their group to Isleclan in memorial of their founder. But the story of Isleclan carries on. Will you join us?
