Sunheart nodded. "Yes. I followed Briarstar and everyone else, leaving Featherstep alone. I was apprentice aged when we left, as Featherstep was. Her mentor was Treefur.. and.. he died, like my old mentor," she sighed.

She sat silently, not wanting to spoil it by talking.

Owlpaw sat intently, but she gave a moment of silence for Sunheart and her mentor.

"Anyway," Sunheart continued. "Briarstar was going to take us to a new camp, but eventually I left her. She was.. suddenly insane and out of her mind. I found my way back to Featherstep, to see she already had new cats."
