╚════════════════════════════╝ the badger snapped around quickly, shaking minnowpool of her grip. the blue grey she- cat fell off the badger, getting flung across the small clearing. she got back up quickly, panting and glancing over at shrikestorm, he appeared to be doing nothing but talking with pidgeonkit. she hissed quietly, but wasn't paying any attention to what the badger was doing. the badger reared, growling loudly and charged at the she- cat, ripping and clawing at her face and neck. minnowpool dodged, only suffering a small scratch on her cheek.

"MinnowPool!" The queen yelped as the badger pinned her."ShrikeStrom, help out!" PatchPelt snapped at the tom while racing towards the badger, jumping into the beast's back. PatchPelt tore through the already scratched fur, hissing venomously.

╚════════════════════════════╝ minnowpool glanced quickly at patchpelt, glaring at shrikestorm. she launched at the badger again, taking advantage of it being distracted by patchpelt. she latched onto its neck, biting down hard so she wouldn't let go. the badger attempted to shake patchpelt off, but failed as it was overwhelmed by minnowpool's chomp. the small blue grey she- cat was thrown around a few times, but managed to keep hold temporarily. she eventually let go, as the badger's blood was beginning to become unbearable to taste anymore. she was panting heavily now, becoming exhausted from the fight. she definitely wasn't ready for this battle.

PatchPelt
PatchPelt managed to sink her claws into the badgers fur before it could throw her off. She tightly held onto the beast while MinnowPool attacked it. Yet, the moment MinnowPool was no longer holding onto it's neck, the queen quickly recived a painful bite to her shoulder. She hissed in pain, her grip loosening and the badger throwing her off.

ShadowKit
"PatchPelt!" The kit yowled when seeing his mother being thrown off like that. He was terribly worried for the queen and the badger's constant snarls only made things worse.

PidgeonKit
PidgeonKit winced, her ears going flat as the fight got only worse. She quickly started to let out loud squeals and squeaks for PatchPelt to come back.

╚════════════════════════════╝ minnowpool yowled with frustration at the badger refusing to back off. she quickly went over a few moves in her head, ones to use specially on a badger. she growled, running circles around the badger a few times to confuse it. finally, she leapt onto its back, like patchpelt had done and dug her claws into the back of its neck, purposely sliding backwards and off of its back, so it was left with deep scars all the way down its pelt. she slid off, and the badger reared in pain, finally backing off and darting into a nearby bramble bush.

PidgeonKit
Once the badger disappeard, PidgeonKit could no longer stay still and hurried over to PatchPelt, nuding the dizzy queen."Mama! Mama!" She squealed while doing so.

ShadowKit
ShadowKit followed after his sibling, repeating her actions of nuding and squealing in fear.

PatchPelt
The fall left PatchPelt dazed for a while before she could respond to her meowling kits. She nuzzled both in a loving manner."Are you two okay?" She asked, concernd the badger might had done something while she wasn't keeping her eyes on the two.

╚════════════════════════════╝ minnowpool stood, panting as she licked some blood off of her wounds. her eyes watered with pain, she really hadn't been ready for that fight. she looked over at patchpelt, breathing more steadily now. "a-are you alright? or your kits alright?" she asked, slowly walking over to the three cats.

PatchPelt looked up to MinnowPool and all of her wounds. The badger had really done it's damage to the she-cat."I'm fine." She meowed, despite the bite mark in her shoulder."We should get you back to camp, tough. The badger must have damaged you the most." She meowed, getting up and moving beside the warrior so she could support herself against PatchPelt."Come along, you two." PacthPelt meowed to PidgeonKit and ShadowKit before starting to move towards camp.

ShadowKit
ShadowKit sighed in relief when it seemed like PatchPelt was okay. Yet MinnowPool's wounds seemed really deep and painful. Quietly, the tom started to follow after the queen and warrior, keeping close to them just in case another badger would appear.

PidgeonKit
"We're fine." PidgeonKit meowed to the queen before getting up and starting to follow after her and MinnowPool.

╚════════════════════════════╝ minnowpool was about to protest to needing help, but she just gave up, leaning against the queen for support. "thanks, patchpelt," she started, glancing over at the queen as they began walking back to camp. "your shoulder looks pretty bad.. you shouldn't have been fighting.." she said, sighing deeply. despite feeling quite sick from her deeply cut wounds, she felt bad about letting the queen fight alongside her, she could have been hurt more than she was now if she would have stopped her.

"I couldn't have just sit and watched. You're my clanmate and it's my duty to do whatever it takes to help you." PatchPelt meowed, limping a bit as they walked from the wound. Luckily camp wasn't too far away and the queen reached the medicine cat den soon enough.

ShadowKit
The tom sneezed lightly when they reached the medicine cat den. All the diffrent herbs scents were tickling his nose, making him let out a sneeze every now and then.

PidgeonKit
PidgeonKit curiosly looked around the den. PatchPelt had warned her before how some of the herbs might had been dangerous, so the kit made sure to keep away from them.
