oceaneyes padded out of the den, letting out a yawn. her eyes slowly strolled around the camp, before she picked a small mouse off of the fresh-kill pile, beginning to slowly eat it.

Returning to camp, she picked herself out a mouse and limped into the medicine cat den to rest. He didn't want to think about talking to anyone or what had happened, she was just happy to be resting back on camp. Licking the dried blood off her leg, mouse between her paws, the grey cat is content.

He shakes his head slightly, wanting to encourage her of all things but found the words hard to find. "You have every reason to be confident, with your looks and skills, but a little dependence never hurt anyone. Trust me, being strong and alone is a lot worse than being weak with friends." Many good cats had died in his life time, but they were never alone in life so he knew they'd be taken care of after too.

He flicked his long brown tail as he stood. He jumped off the Highrock and onto the soft forest floor. He sniffed the air, rain was coming. A small smile spread across his muzzle as he padded into his den.

[ blacktail ] patrol is tagged
blacktail pulled out some poppyseeds and some cobwebs, placing each in a separate pile. he sorted the two herbal uses into groups of two for each cat. two poppyseeds, and a bundle of cobwebs. he made quiet a few bundles before looking back at the vines leading out into a garden like area. he grabbed some poppyseeds that were left over and carried them outside before digging a hole and placing them inside. just a bit of water and time he wouldn't have to leave the comforting area of his den. padding back into the den with a small limp, he sat down and curled his tail over his paws.

Chuckling slightly, he flicks her ear with his tail in an attempt to keep the mood up. "That's no true, I'm your friend and I see more with one eye than any cat sees with two. Smile more, it makes a cat approachable and I doubt you could look weak compared to some mouse-hearts like me. I'm a total coward." Smiling lightly, seeing her as an apprentice again who was unsure of the world.

One Blacktail attended to her wounds, he had hopes she'd settle down for a while and take it easy without giving herself and others a hard time. "I like to be selfless, even I am scared of my own shadow some days, we all have to be brave for others someday."
