The Way of the Wolf

[Ravendarus]

((Everyone calls me Raven or Rae, but I do like that Rev one ))

Cira padded around the packs camp, she was bored beyond belief and wandered if they were running low on food, she did feel like hunting, but didn't know for sure if they needed extra kill.

Seeing Cira padding around the camp Midnight walked up to her and nuzzled her. "Calm down." He looked around his ears perk up on his head and his tail raised high to show his dominance. He could hear the faint munching of a rabbit not too far and he nudge Cira in the direction of the rabbit. "If your hungry go ahead."

[Ravendarus]

Cira relaxed when she felt Midnight nudge her, "I am calm" she insisted, she nodded as she too could hear the munching of a hungry rabbit, "Thank you" she whispered, dropping low to the ground, she quickly glided aross it, and went off to catch the rabbit.

[Snowdrift]

Midnight watch her run off to catch the rabbit while he sat down and looked over the camp and sniffing carefully. It was important that he pick up on every scent near the camp. He could easily smell the pack member's scent, rabbits, squirrels, birds...and just a slight hint of elk. He let a soft growl escape his throat. The herd was on the move and they needed to hunt down the herd before it leaves the territory in a couple of days. He waited patiently for Cira.

Lex looked around from his position ontop of a large warm rock. he smelt the air quickly. he scented many things, fox, rabbit, deer and his own pack mixed in with many diffrent kinds of plants. he jumped down from his rock and began to follow the rabbit scent. he quickly jumped to a run as a flash of grey wizzed past him.just before the rabbit hit the sfty of its burrow Lex's jaws closed around it. there was a shrill squeek as the rabbit died. lex turned around his tail held high and began to trot back to camp again.

Cira's ear curved to the side, the rabbit was close, she leapt to the side and caught the rabbit off guard, with a quick swipe to the neck the rabbit was dead. Cira happily munched on her kill, before returning to Midnight, she sniffed the air and could tell Midnight seemed anxious. "What's up?" she asked, padding over to him.
