"Alright! I think I might have some fresh ones from the Cafe actually...." She levitates cupcakes and cakes and all sorts of baked goods out, her purple magic holding them in the air. She sets them on her counter top. "Anything you'd like? I would go for a cupcake right now if I were you." She smiled.

Maple sniffed the cupcake carefully. "Hmm... I'll choose this one." He said lifting up a golden brown cupcake with red frosting with his golden magic. He took a bite and his brown eyes sparkled. "Incredible..."

"Glad you like it! Anyways, if you want to start selling after you eat, I could lead you to the fountain. It's ok if you don't want too now, no need to rush!" She took a bite out of her cupcake. "So, where are you from, if you don't mind me asking?"

I think I'm gonna bake up one more batch of honey oak fudge before I close the shop for lunch. Mm lunch sugar sprinkles thought staring at the Ruby red apple on the counter. Should I close up shop now and go and meet some ponies. I may off lived in ponyville since I was a filly but I only have Pinkie Pie. I place my fudge batter in the fridge grab my apple and spellbook and close the shop.

"I'm from the Kirin Empire, a kingdom far to the east known for ancient magic and adamant pacifism." Maple said. "Would you like to look through those spellbooks you bought? I could decipher the Kirinese for you."

"Oh! Why not?" Her lavender (not purple, sorry) magic levitated around the book, flipping to a random spell. She turned the book to him. "What about this one?"

He looked at the mattress. "What am I going to do with this now...?" He poked it, before looking back at the mare. "You should probAbly get that checked out, looks like you may have popped it out." He said, pointing to her wing.

"Argh, come on!"

Maple took a moment to read the runic language. "This one is a fire spell, something that most Kirin know from birth." He said. "It is very dangerous. Perhaps we should look at a different spell."
