SunRise saw a Barn Owl flying above the moonblinked owlets. She watched it to see what it was doing.

Meka stood on the edge of a circle, looking down at the 'weak ones.' He saw a taller owl than the rest... he looked like a Tyto! "Why is there a Tyto down there?" he asked, unaware of his words.

Peek hurried, trying to look as much like a moon-blinked owl.

He was aware of a pure one staring down near him. Gulping, he unwillingly wilfed, but kept on marching.

"If I get any more freaked out, I'm gonna yarp a pellet," Shard muttered as he walked alongside Peek, trying to keep pace with her. It was a bit difficult though with her legs being smaller.

SunRise noticed the barn owl looking at a tall Tyto owlet in the line. "Why's she looking at him? Are Tyto's not supposed to be hear? I better make she doesn't see me too." SunRise thought to herself.

With a sinking feeling in his gizzard, he leaned over to Shard. ” The Pure One is staring at you, Barn Owl.” He muttered

Shard wilfed at Dusk's words. "Can you see where they are?" he asked softly, glancing over at the Great Grey. He struggled to put one talon in front of the other, but he had to keep walking.

Meka noticed a few other Tyto owls there, but ignored them. He looked up at the 'leader.' "Why are there Tyto's, and maybe even Pure Ones down there?" he repeated. The snowy owl knew how to fly, so he could've just swooped down and asked them the question directly. But he didn't dare. Especially how they... seemed to be moon-blinked.

Peek hurried a little faster, seeing Shard going slower than the others. She didn't want anyone to notice them.

Shard continued shuffling forward then suddenly tripped over a small lip in the stone and fell with a screech. Several more came from his beak as he tried to pick himself back up, knocking over another owlet with his wings as he did so. 'Oh great, I've done it now! They'll get me for sure,' he thought to himself.
